We stayed there for three nights with friends and had a most amazing time. Too bad we could not stay longer, but already planning to go back. They really know what hospitality is about: the personnel is always there when you need them and never there when you don't. They are polite, really at one's service and even if some...

This beautiful property is located in the heart of Franciacorta Region. For someone that loves wine like my wife and I was just like taking kids to Disneyland! This region has the best sparkling wines we ever tasted ! Yes probably better than Champagne! The region itself is beautiful. Very convenient for somebody looking to visit Bergamo and looking to...

The hotel is situation in a very Tuscan setting. It's about 2 hours away from Milan, which is pretty convenient. I stayed here mostly for the spa, which is very advanced. They have a lot of different programs you can go on, like detox, anti-agining, etc. They have a staff of doctors, nurses, massage therapists. I had acupuncture which was...

Spent a restful week-end at this gorgeous property. It is immaculately kept, the service was discreet but attentive. We opted against the beauty treatments because the prices were outrageous, so we opted for the indoor pool and gym instead which were adequate. Nice touch are the many towels available to guests. The highlight was definitely dinner at Gualtiero Marchesi's restaurant....

L'Albereta is a beautiful property with attractive gardens and lovely rooms and a Michelin restaurant where we enjoyed probably the best (and most expensive!) dinner ever but there are some peculiar quirks and omissions which do spoil the overall experience. We stayed 3 nights but the restaurant was only open on one night and there is no other dining option...

paid 920 Eur for a suite (roughly 50 sqm), breakfast not included, and offered at ridicolous prices (4 Eur for ONE very small croissant). Room service only available at lunch/dinner time. Air conditioning in the room not noisy, but inefficient and struggling to keep temperature below 20 degrees C. The place itself is beautiful, but the hotel should be rated...

The hotel is stunning. The service is very good though the restaurant is overpriced, the waiters are stuck up and the food is not worth the michelin. The room is very nice, large and clean, but the A/C is TERRIBLE!!!!

Yes it's expensive, but surely you figure that out from the website, its a member of the Relais and Chateaux after all! We got a great deal on the room, two nights for the price of one. But we chose to use the Spa and the excellent Michelen starred restaurant, so of course the final costs were significantly higher than...

Stayed at the hotel for over a week for a business trip. The building itself is a piece of art covered in green. Located on a small hill and surrounded by vineyards it is a guarantee for a quit and relaxed stay. Personnel was helpful and friendly. We had some challenges in various rooms in the Italian summer heat -...

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and really enjoyed it. If you can stay in one of the suites they are better and have better views. We were in # 11 and it was perfect. Our room was very clean and large. Seperate tub, shower , lots of hot water ! Bed was nice, maid service was...
