The staff is very rude, racist and the prices are very high for that kind of services. There are other places in the area with a excellent view and polite staff that have decent prices.

Food and location are great and the service is also a 5 star. It's a family owned hotel which makes you feel there comfortable like home.

Hello . There is a cable car from Como to the top. From there you either could walk or the hotel will pick u up by car. No chance for buses. The streets are very narrow there.
