Our stay at Villa Margherita was very pleasant. The house itself and the environment are beautiful. The breakfast, made by the wonderful host Rafaello is lovely. Our big room was clean. Overall, we felt very comfortable at Villa Margherita. The little beach, just outside the house is a nice extra.

Raffaelo will make its best to make you feel comfortable and at home. The villa is quite old, beginning of last century. The floor scream while you walk and the furniture remind you that this is an old house. But the house is charming and the host really helpful. The garden would appreciate a little bit more care, but people... More

Excellent two night stay at Villa Margherita, March 2016. Lovely old house with a beautiful garden. Very comfortable room, although the floors and bed were very squeaky... Good breakfast. Two excellent restaurants (a pizzeria and a fish restaurant) a few minutes walk away. Raffaelo was an excellent host. Overall a fantastic B&B - I would recommended it very highly.

We expend a long weekend afte a visit to Milan. It was perfect, we travel with our 4 years daughter. The service is extremely friendly and family open, our daughter felt very welcome by the owners. The rooms are well equipped, and clean, if one needs something the owner will organize it for one. The breakfast at the front garden... More

We were delighted to find this quaint older style Italian home by the lake. The villa breathes history, the rooms were very clean and the host was charming. Breakfast of local produce is served in the gardens, and the lake is only 1 minute walk away for swimming. an unexpected bonus was the town just a short walk away which... More

Having wonderful memories from my last stay at the Villa, I was rather anxious whether these memories would be challenged during a second stay. To my great relief this was not the case. As written in my previous review, Villa Margherita offers an authentic taste of Italy and Italian hospitality - mille grazie Rafaello. The rooms are very clean and... More

Hospitality and atmosphere are the keywords for Villa Margherita. My three children (11,14 and 16) felt that we stepped into a magical garden with beautiful vegetation and a number secret hiding spots. It could have been a scene from a Hollywood movie. Enjoying breakfast in the garden with homebaked cakes and a wonderful espresso will certainly be remembered. The villa... More

We spent some wonderful days in the lovely Villa Margherita B&B! The hosts Raffaelo and Alfredo Visentini do their very best to make every guest -our dog included!- feel at home! At sunny days, you can enjoy a lovingly prepared breakfast in the almost tropical garden. The rooms are very nicely renovated, suiting the romantic style of the old mansion,... More
