This is a really nice property. Small, ancient castle, well appointed, a tiny bit worn but beautiful just the same. One of the best bar and restaurants in town. Marble and toiletries in the bathroom. Spanish-only channels on T.V. Misses an excellent rating because of the chilly (but professional) staff in the bar and at the front desk. This isn't...

The hotel is in a great location, directly across from the palace ruins and convenient to restaurants and shops. It a plush stay on the Camino. Staff are helpful with questions about the town. The restoration work was done extremely well.

For those doing the Camino here's a treat-stay here and get your clothes washed, folded and delivered to your room by the next morning for 9 euros. Nice place, showing some wear but clean and comfortable. Nicely situated in town. Close to restaurants and sights.

This was probably the best accommodation that I stayed in on the Camino. I booked one day ahead and got a great price! The location was great, the room was clean, comfortable and beautiful with a view of the ruins of the church, Wifi was pretty good and the bathtub was SO luxurious after a long day walking! I also...

Room 101, large with 2 double beds, large bathtub, bidet and loads of free bathroom items. Beds firm, air conditioner was first rate and will chill the Camino weariness out of your body. Waive off on the breakfast since on the trail at 0600 and breakfast is at 0700. Saved Euros. Would definitely stay again. Receptionist spoke English and stamped...

We had a testing day on the Camino and arrived a little late and the Albergues were full. We got a room for a pricey €70 and €10 for the breakfast too. And while the room was a standard three star hotel room (lovely air conditioning!) and great shower - we were probably delirious from having stayed in albergues/hostels for...

This hotel is exceptional. It should have more than a 3 star rating. It is in an old building with thick walls, but inside it is in good condition with modern facilities. We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the past 5 years, whilst walking this section of the Camino de santiago. Carlos on reception is super-efficient,...

As a pilgrim on the Camino I stayed here fore one night. I enjoyed staying here. It has a very convenient location in the center of town and is very close to restaurants, shops etc. The rooms are very spacious and offer what is needed for your needs. The wifi connection is excellent, unlike some of the other hotels on...

A great looking hotel with all money spent on communal areas. Rooms were tired (although bed very comfortable) and bathrooms need updating. With doubt the must unfriendly, unhelpful and unpleasant staff I have ever met WITHOUT EXCEPTION.

The hotel was nice however I didn't find the staff welcoming. The waiting staff in the hotel's adjoining eatery was rude. A plate of scrambled eggs and mushrooms swam across the plate in oil. Spaghetti carbonara was tasteless, creamy rubber with flecks of ham. We had dinner across the street Restaurante Sidrería Casa Armendáriz. Menu del dia was great value...
