Good location and parking.
Reasonable breakfast. Friendly kitchen and cleaning staff.
MRS AT THE RECEPTION is unfriendly and unprofessional.
I would suggest individual shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom and not a manual dispenser that is enough for everyone in the year 2023. This is not acceptable, the socket to connect the table lamp was behind the headboard of the bed and cannot be accessed. Lack of communication between reception and those cleaning the rooms. They opened the door and we were still in the room.

We like it in general. Nice and beautiful place with good conditions. Well located and good parking. I rarely resorted to the staff but when it was necessary were available. There's enough waiting room at the entrance. And it's a different hotel than usual with a beautiful facade. Even a small lake has.

This is a nice, medium sized hotel that I stayed in with business. The rooms are quite modern, with Aircon and balcony (not all balconies)
Service is effective and general maintenance / condition is good.
The food is well priced for a hotel and good quality.
Nice little bar and quiet on an evening.

The "hotel" is under renovation, however this was not informed us neither on the booking platforms, neither at the check-in, we only realized it when we went to complain about the precariousness of the hotel.

In the room in which we were the 109 gave to a hallway where the door that gives to stairs, was open, all the time, the problem is that there was no identification that was with works, our daughter left the room for instances and could have stumbled since the access to this comfortable was unimpeded.

We request a crib for the girl to sleep,
The crib they sent us was precarious, with holes and dirty.

Lack of toiletries, room was poorly cleaned as there was a soap from the previous customer, full of hair in the bathroom.

Lack of training of attendees, we asked for information about consumer rights and they were not able to inform us.

The air conditioning during the morning began to pour water and wet the room and our belongings, we woke up and my wife and our baby could no longer sleep, due to the heat and the uncomfortable situation of drip.

The toys of the playground with many ants in addition to that are in poor state of conservation, with risks to safety, still affirm that the grating that separates the playground from the pool is loose almost coming to fall on our 2 year old daughter.

Finally breakfast is not a big thing, lack variety, having the juices of the machine taste rotten water.

Bad experience, we'll never go back there,
If you are not a person who likes strong emotions and trouble, I do not recommend.

We only rented because there was no other available,
But we didn't think it would be as bad as it was.

Because of all the bad experience, we have registered a complaint in the complaint book. NO 34803877

Bad hotel but worse even the arrogance of the gentleman who was at the reception. A very arrogant Brazilian tone that seems to be doing me some favor. I arrived early, received with half words and almost a tone as if we were known from school. Anyway.

My kind of hotel. Not too big, not too small. Not flash but stylish. Not in a main resort area but obviously lots of interesting things around. Nice decor and public areas. Rooms excellent- air con very effective, some rooms nice balconies. Basic tv, fridge. Pool at back with loungers.Didnt use gym but seemed ok. Food very good and varied. Real stars though, the staff who were so kind and friendly but not obtrusive. I find Portugese people generally friendly and obliging but even for them, these people made us feel so much at home. Great!

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town and about 15 minutes walk to the old town. The rooms were clean and well kept. I had booked B&B for 4 nights but only had breakfast on the first day as the choice was poor and not worth it. There is a buffet restaurant at the side of the hotel which had a good choice and was good value. I agree with most other reviewers that a car is essential if you are staying at this hotel although I did enjoy the walk in to the old part of town.

Our family of four stayed here for three nights in July of 2011. The hotel room was very clean, we had a suite which worked great for the kids. The pool was great. Behind the hotel is a buffet style restaurant that was fantastic!!

When we arrived was 5C in the room, the air condition worked very slowly, the water for shower was cold. We had to wait at least one day for warm water. The breakfast was terrible, was only cheese, the cheapest "ham", some jam....and that's it....no vegetables, no fruits...
I do not recommend it to anyone.
