The animators are super involved whether in the pirates club with Léa, Satcey and Valentin or in the juniors with Lauriane, my girls loved going there, thank you. It's the same for adults, thanks to Juliette and Camille, always there to host the tournaments in a good mood. Thanks to all the catering staff, we ate very well there and the meals were varied. The cleaning, maintenance and reception staff thank you for your responsiveness, we had a water leak which was repaired in the morning. We were also able to take advantage of Camille and Édouard at the swimming pool for aquagym and swimming lessons, we were also delighted with their services. The director recommended the catamaran trip to Fort Boyard, which was also great for the children. Negative point, the disappointing welcome: we were placed at the other end of the park even though we have 3 young children and the bungalows were empty in front of the children's play facilities. When we asked for the change: we were told not until tomorrow + we were criticized for not having called when booking to ask for a bungalow in a good location + we were made to pay 70/80 for cleaning.

We stayed as a family in this Club where we appreciated the large renovated accommodation and the location close to many sites to visit.
Strong points: - in a vast pine forest, away from traffic - clean common areas and good welcome - large swimming pool with numerous deckchairs - animation of the teen club very appreciated by our children - large, clean and functional accommodation (but we took a 6-seater for 4 and the premium option, so this was a significant cost) - we tried the catering which seemed plentiful and of good quality to us.
A big downside despite everything: the lack of tranquility. Between the aperitif games, the gym and aquagym classes, the concerts (with rehearsals all afternoon), the disco or other evenings and the kids' club leaders who make them shout "Come on!" throughout the club (!) it is almost impossible to escape the sound system of the bar, the swimming pool or the portable speakers of the entertainers. Always at full tilt. Those who come for the entertainment will find it nice, we should think of others (and we are not old hermits), who enjoy taking a nap, reading a book or catching up in the evening on all the films they have not not seen during the year: vacations are that too. I would like to point out that we had requested separate accommodation at the time of booking but that this was not taken into account when we arrived (and we were not "glued" to the entertainment either). Lamentable. The accommodation is of poor quality and very dark. The children's room looks like a closet whose door cannot open fully and overlooks a busy passage. The window looks more like a patio door that cannot be opened, as everyone could enter the accommodation. Even closed, it is necessary to keep the curtain drawn to preserve a minimum of privacy. The ceiling height is less than 2 meters.
The dishes are incomplete: only 4 glasses for accommodation for 6 people. The TV, located in the middle of a wall, is the size of a computer screen, only 22 inches. The food is bad, everything is frozen and is served cold. Even the kids couldn't finish their pizza because it was so bad.

We spent a wonderful week of family vacation at Belambra Clubs - Les Mathes thanks to a great entertainment and sports team!
Most : - The top entertainment team: We loved the whole entertainment team, their games and their shows. They are dynamic, smiling and funny! - The children's club: My son spent an unforgettable week with the "pirates" thanks to Léa, Valentin, Stacey and Maymay. He dreams of coming back to Belambra, thank you all! - Edouard's swimming lessons (optional): in 5 private lessons of 30 minutes, thanks to the talents of Edouard, an outstanding teacher, my son took off his armbands and learned the breaststroke with joy. Thank you very much Edouard! - Camille's classes: yoga, stretching, buttocks or aquagym, Camille's classes are a joy like her smile, her kindness and her professionalism. Thank you Camille, I enjoyed getting back into physical activity thanks to you and you motivated me to get back into sport! - Well-equipped and functional accommodation (it has everything)! - A magnificent setting - A large range of external services that come to you (swimming lessons, massage, surfing, etc.)
The lessers : - An unsupervised swimming pool (we were shocked to discover upon arrival that the swimming pool was not supervised). It was obvious to us that in a club with families the swimming pool must have a lifeguard at least 5 days a week for a few hours in the morning and afternoon. - “A little dated” accommodation that needs a facelift, it is very hot and there is no air conditioning or fan, it smells a little damp. - Sheets too small (the sheets on the large bed were those of a single bed, when I informed reception I was told that there were no other sheets), so we moved the sheet night often slept directly on the mattress itself which is not necessarily hygienic.

As a family, we appreciated what we were looking for in a club: having nothing to do for 1 week, having a children's club available (keep in mind that not all children want to go there), entertainment , bike rental on site…
But the fact remains: paying so much per week is not worth the advantages mentioned: The bathrooms in the accommodations date from another era (2 sinks in the accommodation - 1 where something had to be stuck for the water to flow, the other which on the contrary did not close, WC without outlet double), the lights in the rooms were not all working. Despite everything, Belambra shows its commitment to the environment…. Change all your water-intensive toilets already! Brief. The quality/price ratio is absolutely not there. Limit the surrounding campsites were more desirable... even without the food included...
Add to that: €6 for 29 minutes of washing machines which refresh the laundry more than they wash, in limited numbers, so if you are a little late to collect your laundry, the laundry is stored in the linen room , 3€ if you want to dry them… Coffee, which is not included at lunchtime... you have to go to the bar to get it (and pay for it if you don't have the all-inclusive plan).
Finally, after our 2nd summer at Belambra, I don't know if we will repeat the experience. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't crazy either.
The surrounding campsites sold more dreams in terms of modernity, atmosphere and access (to the beaches in particular).

Aging center and poor stay in a dilapidated, poorly designed, poorly maintained housing with a cohort of ants housed under the hob of the kitchen with which we struggled day after day.

We spent a calming and rejuvenating week. This residence is very pleasant, the staff (from the director, reception, catering and entertainers) are available while being discreet. We feel a very good understanding between them. The entertainment team is amazing, they offered us shows of a very high level. They are super professional and have put together an outstanding entertainment program for children and for each member of the family. A big wow for the restaurant: varied, balanced and full of flavors. Very attentive staff throughout our stay. Our 3 children and ourselves will keep very good memories of these holidays.

We spent a week in this club, for the accommodation, impeccable bedding, the paint would require a refresh, we did not use the exterior because it was dirty, especially the garden furniture. Before booking I had asked if there was access for people with reduced mobility. I was told that we would be given the nearest accommodation. As a result of the races, a hill to climb and 30 steps to go up and down, we ended up park the car next to the accommodation even though it is pedestrian The entertainment is very mediocre, putting on a cartoon as a cinema screening on Saturday evening was not the best choice. The cocktails were very good and the entertainers were friendly. As for the buffet, the same starter of raw vegetables for a week, very chemical desserts and the highlight of the show, the dishes were peppered to set our mouths on fire even after having pointed it out, nothing has changed. The breakfasts were OK. We will not repeat our experience at belambra, it is too expensive for the service offered.

I rented an apartment without catering. When we arrived, we noticed that the sun would never reach the terrace of apartment 44, facing east with 4 huge trees between the sun and the terrace. The apartment was extremely humid, we felt like we were spending the week in a cave. To demonstrate the state of the terrace, the slats of which were rotten, one of them broke, leaving patching nails visible... The terrace and the walls were green with moss, obviously given the level of 'humidity. One of the shower doors (in 3 parts) was broken, rather than repaired, makeshift repair with the addition of a shower curtain! When I arrived, the dishes provided were not complete, I had to take inventory myself at the request of reception and collect the missing items myself from reception!!!!! Broken dryer and vacuum cleaner... For the animation part, also unhappy. For example in the program, archery tournament, we go there with my son as around 15 people to discover that there are only 3 bows available! Concerning the fitness classes, the teacher did not check his equipment before starting, so wasted 5 minutes at the start of each class to start the music, did not bring enough equipment for those present, so was absent for the duration of the course to collect the additional material, the quality of the courses was very disappointing. I've been doing indoor fitness for over 10 years, and I've never attended such a mediocre class. The very expensive waffles and pancakes at the bar are frozen. The reception does not display its opening hours on the door and does not communicate them via the answering machine, which is practical. Finally I asked to see the director to express my dissatisfaction, having indicated that he was available for the duration of our stay, he never contacted me again. The only positive points of this stay were the aquagym classes and the tennis activities which were of very good quality.
Overall very bad week, I have a very bad image of Belambra and will never go back there. I made a complaint to Belambra which had no effect, a real lack of seriousness.
