Having stayed in Lydon's Lodge regularly over the years we have grown accustomed to excellent service and food and were not disappointed this time either. There was a great food selection for both lunch and dinner, all at excellent value. As for the bed - a great night's sleep in comfort. Thanks to the Lydon family for their great welcome.

Having been driving all day, on the suggestion of one of our party, we made a stop at Lydon's in Cong, for dinner. We weren't disappointed. Friendly staff- Sharon our waitress was particularly helpful. Bathroom, bright, clean and inviting. Our meal was beautifully presented and tasted just as good. All in all a truly good experience. Will definitely be going...

The evening menu is excellent. I have yet to have any dish that I have not thoroughly enjoyed. The duck is my favourite... Oh and the chocolate brownies are the best I have ever tasted! Compliments to the chef! It is worth booking a table for special occasions or special days like Mother's Day etc as it will always be...
