Great accomodation and food buffet, helpful and kind staff, wonderful views on the sea, well maintained garden... all this contributes to a successful stay. A perfet all-in-one formula where fresh water is always available in the restaurant and even excellent sweets in the afternoon. Don't hesitate to go snorggling right in front of the hotel, you'll be happily surprised to...

I booked Samaguita resort last minute based on the reviews I read here. I wanted one night after canyorneering and whale sharking of relaxation before our next destination to Palawan. Unfortunately, my friend got really sick during our stay there. I was out of the resort at that time and received a text message from the resort that they brought...

The bungalows are very nice, the staff very professional and very friendly. The view is fantastic from the salon zone of the restaurant/bar. The dive center is few steps down with very friendly and competent people. The dive sites are numerous but a bit sadly not so various. The Pescodores island sites are gorgeous !! Perfect for a 6 days...

With my wife we stayed at Sampaguita for more than a week and we had great time. Owner and all of staff were very friendly and helpful. Bungalows are really cozy and well build with comfortable private sofas on the terraces. Nature is amazing, right by the sea, whole setting is really relaxing. All the meals were really good, they...

We booked a 2 night stay at Sampaguita as our base for exploring Moalboal and also to do the Canyoneering trip to Kawasan falls which is roughly 30 mins drive by tricycle from the resort. The resort is about 7-8 mins from the centre of Moalboal via a tricycle ride down a rough little road. As far as cost and...

We stayed 4 nights and despite the initial rainy weather, we enjoyed every second of it. The location is very good, diving run by locals - authentic fishing boats - nice atmosphere and professional. Food was perfect: healthy, tasty, just enough. Our room was simple with nice touches such as a yoga mat. Amazing corals, plenty of turtles and interesting...

We stayed here for 2 nights in transit to Kawasan Falls & Oslob as we heard Moalboal was a beautiful place, and indeed it is! The resort was exactly like the pictures on the website and on tripadvisor so we couldn't resist not to book. Despite the resort being quite secluded and far from the main town, the view from...

We were really surprised by the quality of the lodging, which was not to our expectation regarding the price paid. The accommodation are cabins in the local architecture style which is neat. The amenities inside are outdated; old fridge, bathroom very small and not renewed for 20 years, electrical cables stapled on the walls. There is no phone to call...
