We stopped here as a couple on the all-inclusive package for 11 night. We went for total relaxation and we got it with excellent services and amenities. All the Hotel staff where very friendly and helpful as specially Anita in the Restaurant (who liked to play the Yes – No game with me) She sure made me laugh and of...

Stayed at this hotel as a last minute week in the sun. Hotel is lovel, very clean, rooms a bit chintzy and dated but nice nonetheless. Reception staff always very polite and helpful. Plenty of sun beds round the pools and beach and no dawn raid required to get one however I was there in the last week of the...

My husband and I went to Crete in May and decided we wanted to see more of the Greek Islands, so chose Kos as our next location. We spent ages researching and settled on the Imperial as it looked fabulous! We were not disappointed, as when you arrive and walk into the lobby you can see from an elavated position...

The daily buffet in the main restaurant is excellent (also for kids). Be prepared that it can be very windy! Special thanks to Olga, the guest relation manager who...

Stayed in this lovely hotel for a week and had a supurb time. The grounds are a pleasure to walk around and the 3 large swimming pools are great. No problems with sun beds (what a relief) as every morning they were less than 10% occupied! Staff very friendly and good entertainment.Perhaps the quality of the food let the hotel...

I stayed here with my family (wife and 2 kids 7 & 12). Hotel was pleasant and desk staff great. Very helpful. The rooms are a little tired in places and block 1 and 2 have front doors opening onto the car park. The doors had gaps under them which meant the wildlife would venture in on occasion so if...

Our stay at Grecotel Kos Imperial has been full of positive surprises. We got an excellent room and an overall excellent service. We highly recommend the hotel for ppl with kids, particularly at toddle age like ours. To be fair, I have to mention that the buffet could be a bit better for a 5 star. It was at the...
