I normally don’t like to write bad reviews but it’s important to share our experience: Location is beautiful and it’s a very clean resort. They constantly cleaning all day. Rooms are clean as well but dated. Mattresses were not comfortable. Every time someone took a bath so much water was gushing out of the shower area so it’s definitely needs repairs and updates. Pool and waterpark was great also very clean. The worst part about our trip was food. We couldn’t go to the adult restaurants and had to stay on the family side. Buffet was not good but honestly you could find something to get full. Quality of all meat were so bad, chicken, pork, beef also lamb. Restaurants were awful, From Italian to the Grill. Very disappointing. The only one that was 3/5 was the French restaurant. We couldn’t try Peruvian restaurant since there it was close. The cafe shop in the lobby was great!! Also pizza and burger bars were ok. I don’t think this place should be 4 starts to be honest. Overall we would not recommend this since food was awful.…
We spent a week. First time with all-inclusive in the Caribbean (others were in Serengeti and Botswana and India). This is like a Cruise Ship on land. Seven restaurants (we had a child so some of the restaurants in adult side were not accesible to all). Great entertainment through out the day and a show a night with the FUN TEAM. Michael Jackson Show, Kareoke, Dominican Show, Circus show were great entertainment each night. In terms food, being vegetarian, we spoke to the Conceirge who put us in touch with Chef at the Buffet, Chef Mauricio and for five nights we had great vegetarian food at the buffet. Including Indian, Asian, Mexican and Italian/Mediterranean. Chef Mauricio and Lucas Sanchez were tremendous. Breakfast and Lunches were at different restaurants and were again, with tremendous number of choices. We did an excrusion for a day arranged with the activity desk. When in a pinch (snafu with prearranged airport drop off), the conceirge at front took care of the issue. Overall a great trip and fun escape. The staff made it all possible starting on day 1 at the conceirge and upgrade to premium area. Premium area has a separate pool and beach access. The servers and bar tenders were friendly and thoughtful (got to know our likings by day 3). Did not use their room service. They were respectful of social distancing rules and asked all to follow.…
Wow! Amazing experience. The hotel is just great all around, the pools, the beach, the Spa, the food, and the swim-rooms are perfect, so relaxing - but the PEOPLE, the employees are just everything. The service is top notch, world class. Starting with the GM, Carlos leading the way with an amazing team. Astrid, so welcoming and nice. Yrain, phenomenal, she truly made our stay so much better. Bienvenido at Spices, Oh Bienvenido, what a genuinely nice gentleman, made us feel like family. Angel at Sakura, we laughed so much, what a blast. Played ball with Pablo Picasso, yes Pablo Picasso, good time! The FUN team is awesome! Hope to be back, thank you all! Recommend 100%
The entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic! The staff was extremely helpful and a joy to be around. It is a beautiful hoteI inside and out. It was one of the most relaxing vacations I have had in a long time. Highly recommended.
It was a gret experience, I would definitely go back. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bienvenido in the breakfast area was amazing. Also Angel in the Japanese restaurant made our night full of life and laughters while eating. Also Yrani was a great concierge, she helped us through out our stay. Thank you everyone for great experience, we will be back for sure!
