We had a spectacular view from our spacious room out over the town and to the mountains. It was in a peaceful location and the hotel itself was quiet which suited us very well. The staff were few but extremely helpful and hardworking. Thank you Xavier for being so friendly and welcoming and for providing us with a safe location... More

Walking distance provided you don't mind hills, it's about a 10 minute walk into Cangas. We were bowled over by the size and quality of the rooms, the views and the terrace bar. Very professional staff and secure parking as well. Cangas as a town is smallish but has a few good restaurants proud of their local cuisine ... Take... More

A lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, wonderful views of the town and mountains, good food, but only one person on duty in the afternoon and evening, doing the reception on floor one, the bar on the floor below, and the restaurant another floor down! Hence on the last evening the lovely man was helping a young couple who were having their... More

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Xavier who seemed to pop up everywhere. The regular priced rooms are on the top floor and although very spacious the window is small and high in the room and therefore its not a room to spend much time in. Although most rooms were occupied during our stay the public areas were deserted giving... More

Although this hotel is away from the town, a short walk will take you to the town and all it has to offer. We found the the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our room and en-suite were large, modern, clean and well kept. The breakfast was continental as you would expect but we were asked if we would like... More

Good rooms, lovely views but, for a 4-star rated hotel, a baffling & irritating lack of staff. When discovered, the staff were helpful & pleasant but it is a bad reflection on the hotel that we had to go looking for them e.g. in reception & the bar. They have a wonderfully positioned terrace which has planters full of weeds... More

Situated on the hillside overlooking Cangas de Onis, first impression was stunning: lovely views over town and surroundings. Staff were impressively friendly and helpful at all times. Room (on top floor) was large, spacious, clean and well-appointed, with plenty of wardrobe storage, and a thoughtfully-equipped bathroom (two hand basins!). Dining room was semi-circular with panoramic views from tables. Food was... More

Stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute. The rooms are so big and the views are fantastic. Although not in the town centre it is a mere 10 minute stroll away and because you are up a hill the views are fantastic. Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. A great place to go to get... More

This Hotel dates back to yesteryear, at first sight coming up the hill it appears sombre. At reception we were welcomed by Vicente, room 107 was a lovely huge bedroom with vast floor to ceiling windows and stunning views of the mountains. On the first of our five nights stay, we dined in the very picturesque restaurant, the three course... More
