Stayed here for 4 nights between Christmas and New Year. Chose the hotel for the heated pool as two kids age 11 and 13. Don't be fooled not heated although it says it is, pool freezing, both of them. Asked for a high floor and we didn't get it, was on second floor. Not as bad as reviews on here,...

We stayed at this All Inclusive hotel for 9 days. X 2 Adults and 1 Child Bedding changed only once. Towels changed twice. Had to request toilet rolls on two occasions and retrieve them from reception. TV channels none English unless you purchased a remote control. Rooms tiered and falling to pieces, cleaning of the rooms terrible. Poll side beds...

stayed for four nights in room 206 despite requesting a higher floor after reading the prison/dungeon reviews. They were right!! When we got into the room I commented that the patio doors certainly looked like they had been broken into on numerous occasions and on the third night we got broken into through the patio doors while sleeping in that...

Me and my mum decided to stay here between Christmas and new year. The beds were very uncomfortable and it was not what we would call all inclusive. There was no snacks available between eating times therefore you just had to go without and they did not allow you to take fruit out of the restaurant area. Whilst we was...

My family and I came for christmas arriving Christmas Eve and leaving a few days after, was just a short holiday to get away. Very impressed with the room and the space provided, given a small kitchen even though you pay all inclusive for 24/7 food which means you can take food away, refrigerate and reheat as you please. Beautiful...

The rooms are supposed to be cleaned which I understood as being also swept and wiped down daily apart from Fridays and Sundays but ours wasn’t and we have been in the room on more than one occasion when the cleaners came round, only the beds were made as they only spent a couple of minutes in the room. And...
