It is difficult to find apartments in the adeje area that are 3 bed. So finding Los Olivos had 2 x 3 bed, we decided to book one. We arrived in the dark which makes all the difference, we were shown to our accommodation, unpacked, went out to eat etc etc. Only the next morning did we find that we...

Reading all the other reviews I was unsure what to expect but the truth is that we had an excellent stay and experience with Los Olivos. When booking we requested a sea view (we booked a Gold Apartment) as we were celebrating our engagement. They gave us a beautiful clean and modern 2 bed apartment facing the sea, with a...

My wife and I stayed at these apartments from Sat 29th Nov – Sat 3rd Dec. We queued for a short while at check in and was served by Zdna, it started well and we were handed 2 x glasses of cava, she advised us we had been upgraded to a Villa, nice surprise. I enquired as to the charge...

According to the pictures we expected a shinny modern luxurious apartment. So we were very disappointed to find a bad fixed up place. Outdated bathroom, shower in the bath with a shower curtain. Weared out towels and sheets. Nice new curtains but hanging in a messy way. Old kitchen, rust and damage hided under a lick of white paint. poor...

On arrival we were given no assistance to our apartment. The place is a rabbit Warren with lots of steps. 4suit cases later one of the guests at pool side pointed us in the direction of 1029. It is a cave. It is shabby and it smells. We cannot say what the smell is. After 3 days of putting up...

Just arrived back after five night break all inclusive. Absolutely amazing. Had two studios on 2nd floor beautiful clean and fresh with balconies and side sea views. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful when we hadn't originally been put together and she arranged for us to be next door to each other. Restaurant was great with a wide variety...

My wife and I returned last Friday from Los Olivos. I feel compelled to write a frank and honest review, in the hope of evening things out a bit. I have read the many bad reviews on Los Olivos, particularly those within the past few weeks, and honestly cannot believe them. We arrived around 10pm on 6/10. Reception is manned...
