We stayed in Room 2018 from 24/1/17 to 31/1/17. Honestly couldn't fault the room (which was premium/upgraded) or the complex. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the maid visited daily. Plenty of good bars/restaurants within walking distance but must highlight El Gomero - what a treat! Great food/great value....Must also mention the staff at reception - nothing was too...

We have been to Tenerife several times and couldn't get accommodation at Laguna Park 1 where we normally stay so we booked Malibu Park for a week and chose self catering due to the many bars and restaurants ( Toby Jug, Soul City, Francis's, Faces, etc.,) in the locality. 6 of us arrived on the Saturday and were checked in...

I have just stayed in a studio apartment at this resort & was totally pleased with everything there. Okay, some of it was a bit tired but everywhere was spotless & I certainly had no complaints. I would definitely stay there again

Hi I booked directly with the hotel and both on the phone and by email asked for a refurbished room with a sunny balcony in a quiet area and was assured of this. The room was beautiful ,very stylish with comfortable beds and we were left a bottle of wine and some cheese and meat tapas. The kitchen area although sleek consisted...

Cannot fault the hotel or staff, this was our 3rd stay and already booked again for next Christmas and new year. Stayed 23rd December to 7th january in one of the luxury apartments and had friends staying in the apartment next door. Extremely comfortable beds, spacious and modern apartment with a large balcony and view of the mountains. Rooms cleaned...

rooms are very very dated. The reception area was like a closed shop when we arrived. They are refurbishing the restaurant and reception so we couldn't have our previously paid for breakfast at the hotel. We had to take a ticket to a local cafe where we could only have a limited breakfast i.e. egg on toast or a sandwich...

Functional and clean hotel ideal for young family or couples. Bit far to walk to main centre, up hill on way back but we manage it with a 5 and 7 year old. You'll pay a lot more to stay more central but I still recommend the hotel. Pool is big enough, clean and modern. Reasonable size kiddie pool too....

Me and my boyfriend wanted a lovely week away before Xmas. We didn't experience a full night sleep all week thanks to the noisy neighbours of whom endured many parties until the early hours! The walls are very thin, this didn't help matters when you could hear every conversation upstairs and next door!! There were a lot of young families...
