Just returned from most enjoyable 12 night stay here. Our first time in Tenerife, Firstly we got a free upgrade from a 1bed apartment to a studio apartment free of charge on arrival The studio apartment was massive for 3 people, and had air con as well. The balcony/patio was enormous, never had such a big space before in a hotel....

We requested a room on the 1st floor as many ground floor patios are very public with footpaths running adjacent. The receptionist told us we were getting a very good apartment Block A room 109. Our first impression was good overlooking the smaller heated pool an not so not good - looking over the balcony to see a seriously damaged...

I went to El Duque last week and it was so amazing. The staff were so friendly. The accommodation was second to none, I shared a studio apartment with a friend and it was huge. You could have had a party for twelve people on the terrace. The whole complex was always being cleaned. The food in the all inclusive...

We stayed here the first week of December, I thought our room was lovely. Very clean, cleaned every day. The beds did have a mattress protection cover on them, making them very noisy every time you turned. Our view was awful (bloke D) we over looked the back of shops, only good thing about that was you could pick up...

Great Hotel. The staff were absolutely brilliant. Food was very good considering the catering team had to cater for all nationalities and age ranges. We took our 16 month old child, she was treated brilliantly by all the staff. We could have asked for more from them. The hotel rooms were great, very clean with fresh towels every morning. The...

What a great week we had staying at El Duque. Both late 20's with no children. The service was great and food brilliant. They had a great selection of breakfast items for all, several options of meat, pasta, vegetables, potatoes, chips, salads and soups for both lunchtime and evening meal. All drinks in the restaurant were self service and those...

Apartment itself ok but building work going on outside my room which was irritating. Pool and all areas very clean - plenty of sunbeds (in November). Food was uninspiring but I realise they have to cater for all sorts - could have done with being hotter. I had my bag stolen - a constant problem in Tenerife apparently- and incurred...

Stayed here 21st - 28th Nov 2014 with my husband & 3yr old son. Had read all the reviews and still proceeded to book as we're not an overly fussy family. Good points * Beautiful, clean swimming pools with well maintained grounds * Very peaceful * Great evening entertainment - a mini disco each night for the kids followed by...
