Without knowing too much about this particular hotel or the Melia group we selected this hotel and especially The Level as the most appropriate part of the hotel for our needs - and we are glad that we did. We were rewarded with a great room, first class service and a wide variety of food options. This was perfect for...

As always the level of service and comfort was excellent. Melia group has become our chosen hotel group now! The room was large and comfortable for all the family. The buffet was good with amble choice. But I would recommend getting there early!

Now for the second time in this hotel and already you feel you are very welcome. When you enter the hotel there is very nice smell in the lobby that makes you happy. And the level is amazing. We get a upgrade to the level and it is a experience. Nice environment, decorating and quite places. The main restaurant is...

We were staying in the Level, which I loved as I we are both able to leave our children at home now, and the last thing we want is to endure the screams and wails of other people's! Since it was half term, this seemed like a possibility and I have to say the Level provided an adults only hotel...

This hotel has s beautifully situated nestling in hill side looking to the bay. Rooms are dispersed in a village garden style amid walkways, secluded courtyards and terrac es. It is a lovely location. I loved the cool, contemporary decor and attention to detail. I loved the food. The week I have just had presented an outstandingly no array of...

I think this hotel has a 4/4.5 rating. Its way overrated.Check in was extremely slow (two check in staff (one trainee) and each check in taking around five minutes) per customer, yes there was a queue, and despite arriving around 2.30 our room was not ready. When we did get our room (30 mins later)it was on the far eastern corner of...

Having read some of the reviews on the food we decided to just do Bed and Breakfast, however with a couple of young children we chose to use the buffet restaurant a couple of times anyway for ease (you can just pay as you go). I have to say it really exceeded expectations and we are real food snobs! We...

It seems like they have your money, you can wait at the bars, were if your paying you get table services! Plus if you all inclusive to me that everything? However...

Excellent hotel and service. The gardens are very steep and a lot of steps to access lower pool. Not easy if you have breathing difficulties. Access to higher level pool , bar, restaurant, reception and a lot of rooms are on this level. Good if you have disabilities. 8 minutes walk to sea front, all down hill, there is a...

Very glad that we chose Melia Jardines del Teide for our first visit to Tenerife. It is in probably the best position overlooking the resort of Adeje with stunning views and lovely gardens with waterfalls. We found very little to fault on the whole and enjoyed our stay. The food quality was very good and we felt we had more...
