Small roadside hotel. Friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Nice bay across the street for swimming, fishing, paddling with acceptor Lake Superior. Be sure to eat before you arrive as there are no nearby restaurants. There is a lot of highway construction on the Trans Canada highway this summer. The construction crews stay in many of the area hotles, making...

We received a warm and friendly welcome from the owners, who, as soon as they knew where we were headed, offered great ideas of things to do along our route. The room was very clean and spacious, with a fridge and microwave. There was a dehumidifier running in the room prior to our arrival. No AC, but the evening cooled...

We stayed in this motel twice and enjoyed our stay each time. The owner was wonderful, managed our reservations well and remembered our conversations with him. The rooms were spotless and fresh. We loved our rooms and felt comfy and safe. Great place to stay.

This is an older motel but well maintained and very clean. The owners are very friendly and do a great job. Rooms are large and have refrigerators and microwave. Our room had a newly renovated bathroom and was very nice.

Very clean, Dennis and his wife were the best, very clean and if you are riding cycles he has towels to wipe of your bikes, no air conditioning but didn't need it . Would stay again, just don't base your decision on what it looks like on the outside

After researching hotels and motels in the area, I decided to try this one out based on the reviews from TripAdvisor as we were going to be in the area on our way through Ontario. It was as reviewed, a very clean motel with hospitable hosts. The rooms were spacious with newly renovated bathrooms which were very nice including good...

This place is slightly east of town, so our host kindly advised us on the phone to eat supper before we checked in. Since we'd been driving all day, we appreciated not having to double back into Terrace Bay. The room was clean, nicely furnished, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again - several other places we...

This place isn't perfection, but it worked good for us for one night passing through. The room may have been a bit dated (yellow shag carpet, lol), but it was clean and tidy. Bathroom was clean and had been updated. TV was a bit on the ancient side, but it worked, and they had a decent satellite package. Beds were...

Great motel just 20kms out from Terrace Bay, lovely rooms, clean and very friendly hosts. Wireless worked well and the bathroom was clean and modern. Happy to recommend and it is very reasonably priced, give them a call (ask for Denis) to book your stay.

Visited in mid September. The room was good sized, clean and nice to have a wireless, fridge and microwave. The people who owned the hotel were helpful. Had a good feel to it. Lots to see in the area.
