This is a hotel you might not wanna stay in. Its not that great Food is good though but again the restro is in bad shape. Rooftop setting House of beer serves everything plus hukka so thats in right now pretty much the palce to be these days.

I stayed at this hotel for third time but every time I stay here, I get further disappointed. The only reason that I am forced to stay there as it offers 24 hours check out as against 12 noon check out in other good hotels. If have an option of check out time in similar range, then probably I will not prefer the same. They claim to be a three star property but the biggest problem is its switch of AC. There is no remote and you cannot control the temperature. Every time you need to control or switch off AC, you have to get up from bed, walk upto the wall and then take action. This is very irritating as electrical switches are not conveniently located. Similar is the case for electrical plugs near to study desk. Bathrooms, though clean from inside but windows are dirty. It seems all the waste of the room are thrown out of the window instead of properly disposing the same through dust bins. There is very limited choice in complimentary breakfast and staff are not quite eager to serve you hot. More training is also required for room service guys. Corner rooms of the hotel are even small and look average. The TV in these rooms are mounted a bit high and from your bed, you do not get a smooth angle to watch it properly.

You need to be extra cautious while staying in this hotel as house-keeping or in house staffs are not trustworthy while it comes to keep your belongings in room. I kept one expensive ear phone in the desk while going out for meetings in the morning and handover the key at reception for room cleaning. While I returned back in the evening, I found the earphone is not in place. I searched the room but it was not there. I lodged a complain by calling the reception but no such urgency shown by them. I also spoken to the GM, Mr. James ( I am shocked with his lackadaisical attitude towards customer complain) but till now he has not shown the botheration of reverting back to me. I am not writing this review to get any mileage out of it but to aware the Traveller because I have lost a belongings worth 2K but it could have been more as we generally trust the staffs of the hotel.
Finally, The promoter of this hotel should take appropriate action against those people who have not addressed or handled my complain in proper manner which will encourage the dishonest staff of the hotel to do such things more frequently.

Well i have stayed at this hotel more than 5 or 6 times 4 sure. Hotel has every facility like good and tidy rooms, restaurant, bar,food court, running hot n cold water, gud house keeping service, banquet. I would have given to this hotel 5 out of 5, but the hotel sometimes but not all the times lack good room service.

I visited the heritage restaurant with my friends for lunch and I enjoyed the food.The price also cheap comparing to other cities.The restaurant is clean and good.Service is also very fast.Really I enjoyed the food and restaurant premises.

I was checking the hotels on net, and found Heritage. The pictures looked good and it fitted in my budget completely. So I booked an executive room thinking that since it is costing more than the other ones, it'll be good and I'll be able to relax with my family. But when we reached Heritage, the look of the entrance made me a bit apprehensive. The cane sofa-sets were all dumped just like that. We entered the reception area and were directed to our room. The lift was so small, only the two of us, along with our luggage, were having difficulty to stand! (and we are certainly not on the heavier side of the weighing scale!!!). We reached our room, thinking that we'll be comfortable once inside, but lo! The whole floor was under renovation. Our room, which was "supposed" to be an executive one, was not even painted properly. It had patches of cement here and there. The side lamps had no switch in them. There was no switch for the AC. It could be turned off only by the main switch. And, thanks to all the work going outside, we were not able to catch any sleep. The sound of continuous banging actually made us bang our heads! Till date, I wonder, WHY did they give us a room on that floor!?!? and were we actually given and executive room, or were we bluffed out of our money. M certainly not going to visit the hotel again! I really wish I had taken pictures to show the state the hotel was in.

Room: 3/5, pretty average, small, hard bed Bathroom: 2/5, the toiletries were too few, the soap smelled weird. Check-in and check-out: 5/5, quite fast, didnt face any problem. Room service: 5/5 I really liked the food, and thats the reason I am giving it overall 4 points.
Didnt get to eat the buffet breakfast, but they were kind enough to provide me with sandwich, so that I can leave for my flight well in advance.
Overall nice play to stay and eat.

1. Average hotel for the price charged. Extra bed on floor at Rs.1600 (plus taxes) per day is very exorbitant. Room was good. 2. Services slow. They charge 10% service charges, besides other taxes, besides luxury and service taxes - all of which works out to 28.70% of the tariff (They waived service charges in our case, as special case, though). 3. Laundry service unreliable. Our laundry was returned unaccepted for some technical reason. 4. Modest breakfast included, but okay. 5. Never seen a hotel lift as small as this one. Will not accommodate more than 3 pax without luggages.

i stayed in this hotel at my Nagpur visit. This hotel is under renovation but the rooms which are completed are very spacious and good. and the best thing in the hotel is food provided. in my opinion it is best for north Indian food.
