I visited Airport Centre Point for an overnight stay. So, I decided to spend the evening at the Roof top Golden harvest - the place now transformed like a hanging garden, the skylights, well arranged seating above all, the mist spray makes the place little more like heaven. Surely the ambiance is pleasant, Summer night temperature becomes low while the Mist is on...
I experienced something new for the dinner. I was served with "Pathhar ke Kebab" a new cuisine introduced at this venue. Minced meat of lamb blended perfectly with Indian spices, cooked on limited oil rolled out of the hot pan (granite stone) served with great etiquette. Mouth watering Melting & Mesmerising crisply cooked hot Kebab. It rocked on to my core. All credit goes to the Chef, the maker. Appreciation grabbed by Manager Ms.Disha, who insisted me to try the new cuisine. I admit I am Hungry to have more of such delicious cuisines from Airport Centre Point. Rock on guys....

Stayed there for a night, for catching early morning flight from airport. I tried many hotels, all were booked, but this time ne confirmed availability of 1 room. Must say, made the right choice. The front desk manager kept his word to hold the room while my train was getting delayed. Checkin process was smooth, hotel staffs were extremely courteous, facility is well maintained, food served at room was delicious and hot. They have a complimentary airport drop, and to top that up, the manager offered ro pack sandwiches for our early morning departure. Though it was a very short stay overnight, but I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. If at all i would have to advice anything to fellow travelers, try to avoid first and second floor rooms which are just above the restaurant if you want to avoid chatters till restaurant is closed. Reat all were super.

True Value for money. Be it lodging or boarding. Staff takes extra care of each and every customer. Neat and clean rooms and food is top notch. Once you check in one feels it's a 2nd home. They try to give you a personalized service without any premium charges

The Good:
Staff everywhere is courteous and helpful (room service, cafe and security). After a really long travel we were warmly welcomed and while departing early morning, the security even hosed down our dusty car :) and the restaurant staff helped with route options and packed us food for the road. Very grateful to all of them!
The Bad:
Everything shows age at this property. The rooms and bathrooms seem to be redone over an older design. A/C doesn't chill. No matter what you set, it barely cools, just about. The bathroom design is such that the bath water flows into the dry area freely. It is a mess after every shower.
The food tastes okay, nothing to write home about and the breakfast spread is just what you expect from a 3 star type hotel. Clean but bland and tasteless.
Would I book here if i ever traveled again? Probably as a the very last option in this price category.

I deeply regret my experience with this hotel and its sales team, particularly Anand Kamble. He initially promised us rooms, banquet halls, and rooftop space for a crucial family wedding. However, these assurances were provided informally via WhatsApp or printed materials. The situation took a turn when the rooftop venue suddenly became unavailable. The reasons for this changed from recent bookings to supposed prior reservations, leading to utter confusion.
Anand's communication regarding our requirements was consistently muddled, and he eventually conceded his own incompetence. Strangely, he ceased all communication when I requested an official email quotation. To my surprise, when we reached out the next day from a different phone number, he claimed that the owner had completely booked the hotel, leaving us without alternatives.
What's more astonishing is that when a friend inquired with the same requirements and dates, the hotel claimed everything was available. This incident has exposed the hotel's dishonesty, unreliable staff, and poor internal communication. Anand Kamble's actions disrupted the harmony of the event and left both the bride and groom's families distraught. Instead of offering solutions, both he and the management displayed greed and a lack of empathy.
Despite our familiarity with the city and numerous past visits to the hotel, this experience unveiled a poorly managed behind-the-scenes operation. Regrettably, I can no longer trust this hotel or its staff. For anyone considering booking a stay or an event, I advise being cautious of the aforementioned issues and numerous other mishaps. As someone who secured reservations at three other city hotels for various events of the same wedding, I find it astonishing that this is the only establishment lacking a functional email system and a robust query and booking management process. The worst experience as being a hotelier myself for nearly a decade. Egoistic , greedy, arrogant , ignorant, liars .

You have been defaming us on every portal possible but please do understand that we always strive to give our best service to our guests and to make their time with us as comfortable as possible. This is very evident from other reviews written by our guests. Please find the explantion below as to why we could not take your booking: 1) You wanted to book 26 rooms at the hotel but were not sure how many of your guests will turn up. So you were adament that you will pay for only those rooms which get occupied. All hotels have the policy that once the guest confirms a particular number of rooms ,that full amount is payable whether occupied or not. 2) You wanted to host one lunch function and one dinner function for the resident guests.And you wanted us to keep the venue for dinner vacant through out the day so your decorator can work. That would mean we do not take another lunch function. No hotel in the world would agree to do so. 3)Rights of admission is reserved by the management. Since you wanted everything to be done in your terms we foresaw trouble while settling the final account. Its better to avoid controversies than to provide best of services and still have unpleasantness. We are not egoistic,greedy,arrogant,liars, we just try to avoid any unpleasant situation that may lead to unnecessary arguments. If we were greedy we would not let go of business. This was my third stay in the hotel, and I came back based on my excellent experience last time(" review " Exquisite hotel, November 2022). The suite room offered to me, 3rd floor, 301, reeked of cigarette smell immediately as we checked in. Fortunately another suite right opposite to this was available which was main road facing(303). The older one is a backside room, and quiet.
The road facing suites are stylish but compact. Beds are soft, extra bed was good too. Clean linen. Bathroom neat and clean with adequate toiletries. But absolutely no sound insulation. So, one is at the mercy of speeding vehicles and blaring noise of horns day in and day out although these are the only rooms that have views. The management needs to work on sound proofing raod facing rooms.
Breakfast is quite limited and tasteless. More varieties should do a world of good to the hotel.
The reception is matter of fact. No one greets you on their own. You aren't even asked to sit when you talk to the front office staff. You have to take the lead.
As compared, house keeping is efficient, smiling and courteous. In-room dining was very good. So was Bablu da dhaba, the rooftop restaurant. Our driver was provided space in the lobby to sleep in tej night, a great gesture. Another plus point of the hotel is it accepts reservation on phone which suits me well.

Some unthoughtful people smoke in the rooms and passages besides requesting them otherwise. We have found some solutions to the problem so the issue is more or less rectified. There is a wide variety in the breakfast from South Indian, North Indian and continental which are displayed on the buffet and made to order as well. Regarding the reception ,experience we are trying to find the staff who behaved in the said manner. We always strive to give the best service to our guests and are always there to assist them. This was our 3rd stay in the beautiful Airport Centre point hotel of Orange City Nagpur but
Deeply saddened & disappointed due to lack of hospitality management shown by front office associate Mr. Shreyas & non attentive terrace serving staff which is located at 4th floor of the premises on 25th June 2022 which ruined our trip.
Food Serving staff @ top floor did not took our order for 15 minutes and by seeing this non attentive nature of food service staff when we were leaving the table not a single employee asked us regarding the situation and why we are leaving.
When my father was describing such a terrible experience to Front office associate Mr. Shreyas ; he disrespected my father & displayed negligence when father asked him to confront the foodserving staff & while we are expressing our concern regarding this bad experience he was constantly looking into his monitor screen & moving his head up -down & side to side and tried to avoid us & gave us the sarcastic expression and when my father ask him to scold the top floor food Serving staff, he said that he would ask them later and not now
this shows non faith in guest & lack of emotional commitment and hospitality management and violation of buisness administration ethics which was very unpleasant experience for us .
On the other hand , Receptionist
Mr. Durwas and ground floor food Serving staff were great ,cooperative & enthusiastic .
Mr. Shreyas should learn from them and keep in mind that he is front office associate of this great organization who is acting as the face of the hotel whose responsibility is to deliver the memorable experience to the guest by giving quality treatment & keeping in touch with the guest when guest raised some issues to resolve for efficient feedback.
Regretfully, I have to said that his bad behaviour , serious attitude, lack of problem solving & decision making , neglecting attitude while taking the complaint from guest would badly affect the organisational competitiveness of Hotel Airport Centre point,Nagpur & it's reputation which is concernig.
I am sharing the detail experience of mine because we have visited the airport centre point thrice including today's stay & loved the previous two experience but this bad experience stunned my family.
I am not appealing to dismiss the foodserving staff & front desk officer Mr. Shreyas but they needs to relearn the very basics of hospitality management & emotional commitment to deliver pleasant experience to the guests in future . 🙏

Stayed here for two nights during my visit to Nagpur. Rooms are flawless and well maintained. The view of Metro rail from rooms was something to watch in the daylight. Hotel staff are really courteous, and some of us received upgrade to our rooms based on availability. They also offered us pickup and drop to airports. The food delivered to the rooms were hot and tasty and was as good as many top restaurants in Nagpur.
Beds were neat and clean and offered a peaceful and sound sleep. Totally worth it I will recommend this hotel and will choose it without a second thought on my next visit.

It was dissatisfactory stay. Specially with food & hygiene. Stale food was served as I got f food posioning & severe dehydration and none of the staff offered any help.

Dear Guest, Greetings of the day. We are not sure if you have written the review about our hotel. Our food sales are so high that we don't have any food left at the end of the day which can go stale. We have unlimited free wi-fi for all our guests in rooms, restaurant, lobby and banquet halls. We checked all our guest complains/guest request books there is no mention of towels ,soaps and bath mats not being there. These are the amenities which are placed even in vacant rooms which are ready to let out. Besides there is a list of extra amenities pasted next to bath room mirror which is provided on request. I forgot my earings in this hotel while checking out , after reaching out to the hotel they were prompt in their response and they took great efforts to find my gold earrings and keep it safe till the time i came back the next day to get them.
