My family stayed here for one night. Rooms, linens were neat and clean. They offered wi-fi, food basket, tea maker, bottled drinking water in the room. Breakfast was good and was included in the tariff. The hotel is famous for business meetings and business travelers. Our family stay was also comfortable. Only issue was hot water, it was not there, they have to send warm water in buckets.

Came for a 3 week business trip and was recommended this hotel. Very reasonable and amazing service. The resturant here is one of its kind in Jamshedpur.. Great ambiance and good food. Only drawback is the area around is very conjusted and market area. Bistupur is a much better area. But stay wise it was a wonderful experience.

Nice and clean hotel. no stars tp the hotel but rooms are clean. Ventilation in rooms is a slight issue. I stayed at their premium rooms. Free wifi never worked. The restaurant serves good food in Jamshedpur and I would say a must have (for food) here while you are in Jamshedpur

Nice for business stay. Just adjacent to the well known Guruduwara in the city. Helpful front desk. Room is well maintained. In room lighting is not adequate. You will be disappointed in finding electric charger point. Only two of such with poor quality. Food is very good. Service is very very prompt.

Firstly the positives. The food and staff are great. Fantastic menu and everything was excellent. Staff were polite and helpful. The downsides were the hotel was very noisy. Directly outside the hotel is the main wedding venue for the region and with weddings vitually everyday of the week things were noisy. the weddings seem to go from about 8pm to about 2am and the hotel shakes with the music being played. Internally the hotel is also noisy, the kitchen uses some sort of grinding machine which runs through the night and the hotel's function rooms were always full with noisy people. My aircon worked well. The water was hot if you run the taps for about 10mins. The room cleanliness was OK. The hotel should provide water daily and soap/shampoo but they never did.

Its really nice hotel.They offer a good price and nice room. Room is clean and neat. I face some problem for Bathroom water drainage but they solved it. Restaurant menu selection is also nice.Breakfast is included in tariff. So this is really value for money deal and must try.

well for business travellers this place is a pleasant surprise with the service you get rite from the reception area to the rooms, cleanliness, food i found was ok but no worries.
I would like to put on record that this is the kind of hospitality one expects while on business travel. I hope someone reads this and tries to take some action on it as most hotels i encounter are sub standard.
Hats off to JK residency on getting the basics of hositality right. Would make it a point to check in at this place anytime i m in Jamshedpur.

I was there during August, According to my opinion its the best hotel in Jamshedpur with the best price. Restaurant with lot of varities, Different test, Good bar, Room are very good and spacy. Nice and friendly staff.

Frankly speaking, I was on a business tour and didnt know what to expect from this Jamshedpur hotel, J K Residency. I must admit that the service and infrastructure was excellent and at par with any metro city in India. The rooms were tastefully decorated and were spacious. Had a perfect no-hassle stay in this hotel. The food, the reception, the doorman were all polite and helpful. The hotel provides wifi as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
