This property is located in the prime area of Ranchi on Railway Road and is just walking distance from Ranchi Railway Station. The rooms are very well maintained with cleanliness of highest standard. The general ambience is great with all the facilities under one umbrella. Staff is very nice, helping and responsive. Hotel serves great variety of multi cuisine food which is very delicious and mouth watering and is also served with great style. Free Breakfast is also of very good quality and quantity. I loved my stay.

Ultimately i had to call the travel desk to help thm fetch the mail. Next had to find my way out to room, assuming the floor wrt to room number Wola i hv seen once such mini room long timee back..bed room and bathroom sizes are almost simillar. room with no water to drink.. Had to make three calls to hv a glass of water.
Terrible staff at reception, unprofessional, fake commitments pertaining to the rates and occupancy at the time of check in rates are different Phatetic property to stay I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE TO GO THIS TERRABLE PROPERTY CALLED AVN PLAZA.
I had stayed at this hotel from Feb 25-27. Pros : 1. Near to Ranchi railway station . 2. 24 hr checkin facility. 3. Rooms are neat & clean. 4. Room service is ok. 5. Wifi is average. Cons : 1. Located in a busy narrow lane, surrounding is not so good. 2. Complimentary breakfast lacks variety. Overall if u on a business trip & want decent budget room ( Rs 1000/- with AC & complimentary breakfast) near Ranchi railway station , AVN plaza is good option.
We had no choice. We were attending a conference and this was the only hotel that had enough rooms for our group. We have to 'thank' our travel agent for late booking. The hotel was said to be 3 star property and the pictures on the internet seemed fine. The first shock when we arrived there was the dirty water draining in front of the hotel. More were to follow. Some in our group had received rooms with squatting toilets. Mine had a commode but no toilet paper! And shocks did not end there. There was no hot water in many rooms. Some did the cold water trick while I stayed without going under the shower which was directly above the commode. It was pretty exhausting after a long day and when I tried to sleep, I found that the mattress was so hard that I could not sleep. I kept waking up. The following morning there was an uneatable breakfast and I promptly checked out and found a better hotel. This is not a three star hotel. It is cheap but don't be fooled by the what is in the web.…
