Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice view for front rooms. They have all the necessary items kept in the rooms and bathroom Flexible check in and check out. Vineet is very helpful at front desk. However washroom in the reception was unclean.

Rooms were not clean and not maintained. In the times of corona, we need rooms to be clean and disinfected. During 2 nights of stay, housekeeping was not done even once. I doubt if they hd cleaned my room before i checked in or not.
One of the room service person, when asked for cleaning, said htat they dont have person available, however if i have any 'special' requests to spend my boredom he would arrange.
Further ate at the hotel's own restaurant, food is costly, cold and not proper taste.

the hotel charged me more than 5000 for a pathetic room. On top of that i asked for a proper GST invoice, excuse was given that our system is down. when i asked to refund my Gst since they are not giving me gst bill, i was shouted upon by the cashier
room service took more than 90mins for simple order, many other budget hotels are better than this pathetic hotel
this is the 3rd time i have come to the hotel and pity such a good hotel has gone so bad in the last few years
they just care about making money and no thought about customers

My relative in ranchi had booked this hotel when i was coming to visit my family. Very bad experience in covid times. No proper cleaning, no hygeine, no one was wearing masks whatsover. Only a few people had masks that too upto their mouth. very limited breakfast options. Even the second bottle of mineral water was charged. How can you expect 1 adult and 2 children to spend the day with just one water bottle.
Rooms had full mould, linen not white and washed. I was booked for 3 nights but just after one day i decided that its better to stay in Radisson Blu which charges the same rate but much professional and cleanliness. At covid times, with children its better to be extra cautious.
On asking for a refund for the remaining 2 nights, the front manager shouted on me and said to do whatever i can. I was thinking of doing a case on them but it is not worth to do case just to get refund of 8000 rs, however i want to make others aware of this bad experience.

We had a business conference in the hotel for a week, The stay was pleasant and the location was good. The hotel was spacious and generally very clean. The staff response was prompt and they were polite ans helpful regarding any matter, special thanks to shatrughan at front desk, the food was delicious at gucchi restaurant, I would highly recommend this place for stay or business meetings.

I had booked their hall for 50 people for my brothers wedding
Total embarassment for me infront of guests.
They served dirty water to guests instead of mineral water which was billed to me. All linen is dirty.
Order veg food but get non veg free thanks to so many insects in the food. the hotel staff says that it is totally normal for insects to come during winter times.
In corona times it is very important to keep things clean, this is the most dirty hotel you can find.
go for any other hotel other than this shady hotel in ranchi for your function.

We have organised a few official workshops at Holiday Home, and each time we have had a great experience. The staff is supportive and quick to respond. The rooms and the training halls are also comfortable for such workshops. The best part is the lawn upfront which helps to break the monotony of concrete structures - please do not forget to greet our beloved "Heera and Moti". And the meals are made with a lot of care too. 100 percent recommend :)
