Its quite challenging to go on holiday to gorg. Mallorca and not have a brilliant time, and staying at this hotel made it all the better for us. Hard to explain in a small paragraph but my husband and I were really pleased with our three nights at Ayron hotel, its modern like we see in the photos, the service is stellar and so is the location, and the food was good enough. Most of all I adored our room, all white and bright, tall glass doors leading onto a terrace, and the bathroom was just so pretty (high quality toiletries too). Great for solo travelers, or couples and families as well.

The location, rooms, food, staff as well as the overall customer experience was beyond our expectation.
All members of the hotel did everything possible to keep the regulations in regards to the corona virus. There was no point when we didn’t feel safe.
Especially we want to highlight 2 persons:
Mike: He was one of the most dedicated service manager we ever experienced. Besides the fact that he was really friendly and customer oriented, we were astonished by the hospitality mentality and the working speed.
Paola: She was by far one of the most friendly, customer oriented and empathic staff member who always had an open ear for customer requests and the best travel tips for us.
We will definitely come back!

I had to leave a review as its been an unusal holiday in an unusual time. Firstly we only decided last minute to continue with our holiday as our hotel was changed from the mar blau in sa coma to this one the day before we travelled so we had no idea what to expect. Upon arrival we realised there were no kids activities or anything for children at all really (3&7) as well as no evening entertainment. We immediately felt disappointed and i emailed the hotel as had we known this we probably wouldn't have made the decision to come. I think from what I gather they normally have stuff on but thanks to covid etc. Anyway to try and compensate they offered us half board as we were self catering which i think was a really nice gesture. My daughter and husband also had their birthdays here, the restaurant staff who were all amazing, arranged a birthday cake for her in the morning and sang to her which made her day and a bottle of fizz was sent to our room for my husbands birthday. So again really nice touches. We were allowed our room a few hours longer after check out for no extra cost so i really feel the hotel made an effort to make our stay a lot more enjoyable. We ended up having a lovely time together even though it was so quiet and not a lot to do but we do not regret coming. The level of cleanliness in the hotel was exactly how you want during these times, sanitiser everywhere etc. So thank you to the staff for making our holiday!

I stayed here with a friend in July 2020. This was not the hotel that I booked but was told that hotel had ‘issues’ so had to move to this one instead. That in itself was disappointing as I booked the other hotel based on good reviews.
The hotel has been renovated and is spotless and brand new looking everywhere – all very nice.
The positives:
The room was well decorated, great shower, spotlessly clean every day, air con good. No coffee/tea facilities though which we would have liked (we are early risers and there is nowhere in the hotel to get an early coffee before breakfast).
All the grounds are well maintained.
Rooftop bar was nice – good views
Lunch – we had lunch from the poolside. Burgers or pizza and was nice/freshly cooked
Lovely beach 2 minutes walk away with a few bars/restaurants/shops
The negatives:
There are not enough sunbeds – only the Balinese beds were free and you have to pay E40 a day for those! Outrageous cost when its only the fact that there aren’t enough beds that makes you need to have one..
The food – we did all inclusive but after night one, we chose to eat out 2 evenings out of our 4. If you don’t want the freshly cooked (which is pasta every night), the other options are limited, STONE COLD and we often waited for dishes to be replenished. The hotel was quiet so god knows how that would be if they were at capacity. When we pointed out the stone cold food to the waiter, we got told to talk to the kitchen as wasn’t his problem – not the best customer service! That happened twice with different people in the restaurant. The manager though, appreciated our point and did apologise.
Breakfast – much better. Lots of choice.
The staff seem to be ruled by an iron rod and don’t have the discretion to make decisions for the benefit of their guests. For example – there is no water dispenser around the pool (which would be nice) – so asked for the bar to fill my small water bottle for me – and they said they weren’t allowed… really?!
There is nothing to explain the ‘rules’ (and there was a lot of them) – so I went for dinner on my first evening and was told I wasn’t allowed in with flip flops on – very embarrassing and how are you supposed to know? Also you are only allowed wine or beer in the restaurant – not a G&T for example. Please let the guests know to save them the embarrassment… appreciate that with Covid, there is no paper in the room but maybe ensure reception staff tell guest when they check in?
The hotel says it is in Palma – but we had to get the bus to the centre – which took 40 odd minutes. Only E2 each but quite misleading.
Overall, it was really only ‘okay’ – but certainly wont stay again

Hotel was clean had a lovely fresh smell as you walked throughout , use of spa is great and massage was amazing although but expensive, choice of 5 pools and we particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool for sunbathing and great for watching the sunset over the beach. Room was a good size with good balcony and enjoyed the big TV with a number of English channels to watch. Food was okay there was something to eat for fussy eaters every meal time of our visit but somedays the options were better than others. Overall considering we stayed at the time of covid 19 the staff the cleanliness and the hotel overall exceeding what I thought it would be and we really enjoyed staying at HM Ayron Park, only thing we wish they had was some activities like table tennis or mini golf to do.

Loved being in beautiful Majorca and loved the hotel. Very up to date and stylish. Staff were welcoming and were great with keeping the hotel sanatised and we saw staff continually cleaning surfaces and masks always worn. The room was spotless too. My only complaint would be that the bathroom was small. Ok for me but my boyfriend found it a bit tight. We really enjoyed the food! High quality and beautifully presented. Pools and pool areas were really nice especially the rooftop pool. Views amazing up there. Palma city is very close and has great shops and cafes to stop at and the beach is on the doorstep. Brilliant!

Beautiful, modern hotel with fantastic facilities. The staff are all friendly, welcoming and hardworking. There are several pools to enjoy and plenty of sun loungers. Bars and restaurant are modern, well-staffed and high quality. We stayed half board and were unsure what to expect food-wise but were blown away by how good the choice and quality of the breakfast and evening meals were. We stayed for 12 nights and found there were still new and different options available to choose for our evening meal at the end of our stay. Much better quality and variety than we have had before when staying at all inclusive resorts. The food truck also has a good variety of meals for lunches, although there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the surrounding areas to choose from. The hotel has been completed to a very high standard and we found all areas were kept spotless. Rooftop bar and pools are fantastic and provide great views over the sea and a good choice of drinks. Palma city is easily accessible from this hotel, we visited by bus and cycle on different occasions and our transfers to and from the airport were quick and easy. After much stress and worry due to the Covid cancellations and restrictions over the last 18 months, we had an amazing, relaxing holiday at this hotel and would certainly return.

I would echo what previous reviews have said about the area. I certainly would not have booked the hotel had I known that the area was hotspot for German/Dutch Stag Do’s. The chanting late into the night/early hours and heckling we experienced when walking to the front was not the nicest experience, but that is not the hotel’s fault. We did breath a sigh of relief on return to the hotel after being out, as it felt like a safe sanctuary. The restaurant staff, bar staff and cleaning staff at the Ayron Park were always very friendly. Rooms appeared cleaned to a good standard. Lots of differing seating areas to choose from throughout. The rooftop pool and views were fabulous at night. As others have said, we weren’t offered a welcome drink either. The restaurant had a good choice of food, all fresh and well presented and all clearly signed, albeit felt geared towards a German palette.
Just a word of warning, if you have booked an apartment, you may be allocated a room in the ‘Bungalows’ (Rooms 3000 +) These have no balcony, no view and were pretty dark & dingy. Not at all like the apartments advertised on the website. The best rooms seem those in building 2 (Rooms 2000 +) which overlook the smaller ground floor pool, and not the rooms overlooking the street.
Would we return - probably not I’m afraid.

Wonderful hotel, with staff being efficient, friendly and COVID aware. Great location, a ten minute taxi ride from the airport, short walk to the beach and into central Palma In around 15/20 minutes.
The building, decor, rooms and facilities themselves are worth going back for, not to mention the great choice and quality of the meals served here. The fresh pastries at breakfast were becoming dangerously addictive.
We enjoyed it here thoroughly, managing to destress and fully enjoy being spoiled.
This was exactly what you would hope for in a holiday, sun, peace and everything done for you.
We would absolutely return.

We agree with many other reviews - this hotel is amazing, the area is not so great.
We enjoyed a 10 day stay at HM Ayron Park. The hotel is clean, modern and spacious with 5 lovely pools to choose from including the roof top pools. Breakfast was brilliant with a wide range of food on offer including lots of suitable options for our daughter.
We had a triple room which was ideal as we had a sliding door which we could close between our sleeping area and our daughters, meaning we didn’t need to sneak around when she was sleeping!
The service and staff at the hotel are fantastic. A special mention for Giorgia who is absolutely lovely and gave us many fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. Our daughter was her biggest fan! We will miss chatting to her each morning.
We felt very looked after by all staff and pleased that we chose somewhere with a lovely atmosphere for our baby.
The only downfall of the hotel is the area - we hadn’t realised it was a party area attracting groups of lads to get drunk. Because of this, we sadly didn’t go to the beach or swim in the sea. We went into Palma for a few meals which we would recommend doing - 20 euros each way in a taxi or you could get the bus. We also found a tapas restaurant called Timbol Tapas just 2 mins from the hotel which was good food so we ate there a number of times.
We will definitely stay with HM hotels again but perhaps not this one due to the area. Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic stay!!

We had a triple room which was ideal as we had a sliding door which we could close between our sleeping area and our daughters, meaning we didn’t need to sneak around when she was sleeping!
The service and staff at the hotel are fantastic. A special mention for Giorgia who is absolutely lovely and gave us many fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. Our daughter was her biggest fan! We will miss chatting to her each morning.
We felt very looked after by all staff and pleased that we chose somewhere with a lovely atmosphere for our baby.
The only downfall of the hotel is the area - we hadn’t realised it was a party area attracting groups of lads to get drunk. Because of this, we sadly didn’t go to the beach or swim in the sea. We went into Palma for a few meals which we would recommend doing - 20 euros each way in a taxi or you could get the bus. We also found a tapas restaurant called Timbol Tapas just 2 mins from the hotel which was good food so we ate there a number of times.
We will definitely stay with HM hotels again but perhaps not this one due to the area. Thanks to all the staff for a fantastic stay!!

No, you have to smoke in the designated area outside the hotel lobby.
Yes there was one in ours and there is a supermarket a couple of blocks away that sells water, beer etc

No entertainment, MTV on a bigger screen is running throughout the day. The apartment room has a separate bedroom with a proper door. Two separate beds in the main room with kitchen.
