Like others have said I'd read other reviews before going and was a bit worried to say the least. It was a late booking and I knew when I was booking that we staying in one of the Annexe buildings, but didn't realise until doing a google maps search that there was no pool with them... Just got back from may bank holiday weekend at Palma Bay I give it a great from start to finish. was wary and apprehensive after having read the reviews, but contacted the manager beforehand to ensure we were placed in the main building - booked via travelrepublic, the 3* was in only £2 more than the promo buildings... Room: anyway...

stayed for a week in the copacabana . room was dark dingy and dirty. cobwebs behind the door and on the walls. very noisy lift in constant use. although we always pull our beds over i have never not had the bed made for three days!! food was ok, plenty of selection although i have never had the strange bacon...

Nice pools, foods not bad, lovely family resort, except when the spanish are on school hols, Watch your belongings and your bag, as nothings to hot out there, Plastic glasses again, what a pain. lock your bag away as when it gets knicked , you want get any help. its tuff, and the english barrier comes up

Not a bad hotel but not a very good one. There is the main hotel and a couple of annexes spread over a very large area. I have stayed in a number of times in all inclusive,this for the money was very good except for the first full day. They were on strike but all meals provided tea time was...

Booked 3 promo rooms through Hotels4U. Unlike some people I was aware that we would be staying in an "annexe" style block of rooms away from the main hotel so my expectations were realistic. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when we arrived and we were in the Villas but on the main complex. The room was clean but really needed updating. Because it was cold, it almost fealt damp. We had to request extra blankets. The telephone wasn't connected to anything and there wasn't a point to do so and we only had one...

We arrived quite late and were amazed to be told when we booked in at reception (2 in the Acapulco block on map) that our hotel block was the Nubia situated a few streets away. i booked a 4 night break for me and my boyfriend through lowcostholidays. on arrival we were also told the hotel was fully booked and sent in a taxi to a 3 star hotel - not the best start but we didnt have to pay a thing and we were reimbursed for everything we paid for at the other hotel...

we booked to go here through onthebeach.com, when we arrived we were given a silly little map and sent to a building called sahara, it was a block of rooms down the road from the main complex. these rooms were like prison cells, there was no bath and they were the smallest rooms ever walls like paper. went to reception...
