It may not be an issue for some however i emailed before to ask for a room high up due to one of our party having a noise intolerance, they could have emailed back and suggested maybe we had chosen the wrong hotel and Location! I’m not a frequent traveler so was completely unaware of it party location. Lovely rooms ~ spacious,with very comfy beds, clean hotel, friendly staff who speak various languages, fantastic spa (under-used so peaceful) buffet was amazing, not one bad meal in seven days! Plenty of fresh fruit. All food freshly cooked, some right in from of you. All the pools are clean and nice size. Kettles are available in rooms if requested. Beach towels also on request (€10 refundable deposit) Bus stop is right by hotel so easy to visit Palma. Get the number 25, only takes 15 minutes. €1.50 Handy shops selling cheap but nice souvenirs. Hotel positioned right by the beach but this has a downside of being busy with sellers of sunglasses, caps etc and drunk tourists. We walked in both directions but didn't find anywhere peaceful. Also be aware there are parties/clubs every night going on very loudly until around 6am, then noisy party goers shouting/singing their way back to the various hotels. The noise is nothing to do with the hotel, which has a lovely atmosphere. Not a place for a quiet break but if you're young, want fun, alcohol and clubs then this is the place for you

Hotel was clean and calm. Receptionists were friendly and we got along with english. Hotel room was nice, we got a room facing the sea so it was extra nice, worth the extra euros we spent on the view. Second day we left the hotel for the day and the cleaning staff took my coins from the night stand. Well it was only our first full day there so it wasn’t a tip for the cleaners.. So maybe my fault but never has this happened before anywhere.. I told the receptionist what had happened and in the last few days no-one had cleaned our bathroom. There were no duvet covers, it was gross to sleep with the duvet without it cause apparently everyone does.. We couldn’t lock the balcony door, actually we couldn’t close it. Lock on the door was somehow broken, Anyone could have come right in. There is no sound proofing in the hotel so all the noise from the street is very loud even inside. Music stops at midnight but people are so loud! Breakfast was great! Very much options for everybody. Fresh fruit was best! Spa was great, we used sauna and bucket shower, also the pool in the spa was really great! Not everyone reads the guidebook in the room, there should be signs in the pool area to tell people not to bring inflatable swim toys to pool area.
Really great restaurants near by, great drinks and food! Really good bus routes right next to the hotel, bus to Palma and cathedral, Fan mall, airport. It’s only 2€ to ride the bus, it’s good to have exact chance on the bus! Car/bike rental really close to hotel but the receptionist booked us the car and the next morning guy from the rental shop came to pick us right at the time we agreed on, really good service!! And the car was great too!

I booked a superior room with a sea view. When I arrived, there was water leaking through the bathroom ceiling and part of the bathroom floor was flooded. I told the reception staff who patronizingly treated me like I was stupid, saying "that's what happens when the person in the room above takes a shower". I asked for another room. The new room smelled like feet and damp and had a number of things that were broken but was otherwise quite nice. The carpet was clean. The patio doors were so stiff that to close them required a lot of strength and made such a loud noise that it would certainly awaken nearby guests
The buffet food was fantastic but they don't offer free tap water for dinner which is a bit of a con (but they do for breakfast). This was disappointing. I don't expect alcoholic drinks to be free, but tap water really should be
About 50 metres from the hotel is a German karaoke bar that played such loud music that I couldn't sleep. All the drunken people outside shouting until early hours of the morning coupled with noisy neighbours in the room next door meant I didn't get a good night's sleep in 3 nights. If my "holiday" had been longer than 3 nights, I would have come home early
The beach (right outside the hotel) is beautiful but absolutely packed with people which spoils things a bit

Cutting a holiday short has never been something I’ve even considered but this trip was the least relaxing experience I’ve ever had.
The hotel is 99% German, I can’t imagine any one of any nationality other than German enjoying this hotel. It’s based in a party area, non stop noise at all hours. Left the hotel to go the airport at 4am and there was still music blaring and loud drunk people on the streets.
Didn’t want to give the hotel less than 2* as the actual hotel is nice, rooms are good & staff friendly. It’s the clientele & location that let it down. Either the hotel need to own the fact this is a party hotel for Germans, or sound proof the rooms and stop allowing big disruptive groups book. Left a day early & would never return to Palma.

The hotel is ok for being so old. The staff is very friendly and helpful. But what pulls down the rating to near 0 is the soundstage. A restaurant 50 m from the hotel, xhaman, plays loud music until 00.00 on weekdays, and 2.30 on the weekend. The hotel window is 1 happy, so everything is heard right into the room, TOTALLY impossible to sleep. Tro.mog, there are so many better hotels around, this is just where the music is so loud. Only 100 m it is quieter.
Besides that, the whole area is "invaded" by German tourists. Everything is in German, restaurants, bars and shops are in German. If you're not German, stay away from this whole beach, it's a bit sick actually.

Also the rooms were cleaned good every day even the cleaning staff were so friendly and always wished you a good morning. What I didnt like was the noise coming from the building near, where they party all day all night. If you have a room City view the noise could bother you. Also i expected a room to be a little more spacious and especially the bed is really short. Uncomfortable for a tall person to sleep in. Also i wish there was more than one pool table for entertaiment. Id recomment this hotel to couples, friends, maybe not for families with Little kids because of the noise, or choose a sea view room maybe its better 😁
