A beautiful hotel in a very good location in a quiet part between El Arenal and Can Pastilla, a long promenade along the beach lined with shops and bars, towards El Arenal it was quite wild, full of young drunk Germans. It's really a bit far from the airport, but the planes don't make any noise at all. A short distance from the hotel is approx. 10 min. chuzi Aquarium, which is worth visiting.
The hotel is very nice, the rooms are big enough, the towels were cleaned every day, and water was put in the fridge every day. Staff nice, smiling. The hotel has half-board, but still a very nice selection of meals, dinners in different styles (Italian, Sushi, shrimps, etc.) in my opinion, everyone has to choose. There is a charge for drinks with dinner, but they will notice you immediately and have a drink right on the table (e.g. Coke €2.50). There are quite a lot of sunbeds by the pool, but people always go early in the morning and put their fingers on the sunbeds, but even if you arrive around 10, you can still find a place.

The pool area is very beautiful but quite noisy, the water temperature is adequate but there is so much chlorine that the white swimsuits and beach towels turn yellow. Breakfast and dinner, as an Italian, I don't feel like recommending them at all because the quality is absolutely low and there are no labels identifying the food on offer, I tried to ask a cook what she was grilling and she didn't even know . Breakfast is practically only savory. The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired, dust and fine cleaning are just out of the question. The beds are very uncomfortable, the air conditioning is noisy and the room is not soundproof, so much so that I could hear the neighbors' alarm clock in the morning and even when they closed the curtains. They never changed our sheets or bathrobes in a week's stay and the minibar/coffee pods were not refilled after use. The swimming pool opening hours (closing at 7pm, but at 6.40pm the men start closing your umbrella and folding the sunbeds) are not suited to a holiday pace, nor are the restaurant opening hours (it closes at 9pm but if you don't arrive at 8pm dinner you can't find anything in fact at 8.40pm they no longer grill and they no longer stock the counters).
The location is not bad, a few steps from the sea and the private beach and close to shops and supermarkets along the seafront.
In summary, it is not a place I would return to and above all it is not a 4 star.

I have nothing to say other than that this hotel is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and clean. We had a superior room which was really lovely, on the 7th floor. The view was sea and airport, very nice! The beds slept wonderfully and I never had a moment of back pain which I normally do. The pool is beautiful and towel laying was not there, there was always place at whatever time you came. The pool bar offered plenty of choice in terms of food and have eaten there several times. The breakfast was extensive, fresh and very tasty, also every day variety! I've never had breakfast like this in a hotel. There is a lot to do in the area. Close to the beach and a long boulevard where many shops and eateries are located. Renting a bike at the hotel is also not expensive, and we have also used it several times. We have absolutely nothing to criticize about this hotel, we will definitely recommend it to everyone. We really enjoyed it!!

We booked a superior room in the new part. Spacious room with good air conditioning, refrigerator (2 bottles of water daily), coffee and tea facilities, safe (paying), walk-in shower. Daily cleaning and clean towels, regular replenishment of shower supplies, new sheets every 3 days. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, dinner was good. Were here at the end of May and always had a seat at the pool. Friendly staff. We thought the music in the bar was much too loud in the evening so we went to one of the terraces on the street. Good location, had no problems with noise at night. Bus 25 to Palma city around the corner, bus 23 to station on the other side of the hotel; €2 per ride or 10 rides card for €15, for sale in the tabacos shop on the boulevard 100m away (Carretera de l'Areal 8 ) If we come to Mallorca again, we will choose this hotel again

Beautiful hotel, very clean, gardens immaculate and staff always helpful and friendly. This hotel is approximately 8 minutes taxi journey from Palma Airport and has a bus stop and taxi rank across the road. Buffet restaurant was busy at peak times (which is usual) but had a huge range of great food to suit everyone. Also, beach approx 5 minute walk. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars also walking distance . We stayed in a Junior Suite which was perfect with wonderful pool view, complimentary soft drinks, snacks, tea & coffee (kettle & coffee machine included) plus dressing gown robes and slippers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful holiday :-)

A 10-day trip to Palma de Mallorca that will stay in our memories forever. We stayed in the BG Caballero hotel located less than 100m from the large and beautiful beach of Palma. This hotel offers quality service both in terms of accommodation and nutritional aspects. A varied buffet that changes every day! Professional staff always at the service of their customers. Kindness, smiles and the holiday spirit dominate this splendid hotel, which fully deserves its 4 stars. A top stay that I will recommend with my eyes closed to my relatives and friends! A special thank you to the housekeepers who do a superb job and who put us in a good mood as soon as we wake up. All along the beach, many delicious restaurants and numerous souvenir shops await you. The property is located near the sea, although not with a sea view. Excellent location, surrounded by streets with free parking, and in a quiet area free of night noise. The buffet, at breakfast and dinner, is varied and very abundant, personally I have always eaten with gusto. We also had water and wine included with the meal (but this isn't necessarily the case for everyone). Externally it may not look like a 4 star, but the rooms are equipped with all facilities, even if the air conditioning can sometimes be noisy. There is also a SPA and a small gym, as well as an indoor and outdoor bar. Pool area with hydromassage well maintained, be careful that the water has a lot of chlorine. My room was very spacious and the amenities available to guests were lovely! It most definitely is an older crowd but it was very peaceful and quiet. The wifi is a bit spotty at time but the location, facilities, and overall comfort of this hotel makes up for it! I ended up walking to the beach for sunrise and it was only four minutes away. Lounging outside in the sun was definitely one of my favorites parts of the stay. The hotel staff are very accommodating and allowed me to store my bags in a secure location. Overall, I would love to come back here again when it’s a bit warmer!
