We stayed here for two nights in February for a relaxing weekend away and felt we had a great experience, specifically for the price. The receptionists were lovely and very helpful. all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they all had a smile on their face! The room was modern and the shower was really powerful, loved sitting out on the balcony in the sun too. There is a mini fridge that you can use in the room to keep any drinks cool. There is air conditioning that also works as heating which is great in the winter months when it can be a bit cooler. We absolutely loved the spa facilities, there is a pool, jacuzzi, aromatherapy room, jet showers, a sauna and heated lounging chairs. One thing to be aware of is the indoor pool and jacuzzi are not heated, the water was a bit cold for winter. However we loved the heated lounging chairs and the sauna and aromatherapy room. We used the gym which doesnt have heaps of equipment but is perfectly fine for just a few days. We also rented the tennis courts, it was abut 5 euros each with no time limit. They were out in the sun and it was a great way to spend the afternoon. We found dinner slightly disappointing. It was a buffet but even after 45 minutes a lot of it was not available. They were replenishing some things but not all. I personally wouldnt pay for dinner here again unless you want something convenient. The breakfast on the other hand was excellent. Probably one of the best breakfasts i have had with every option you could ever imagine. Overall, i would definitely stay here again. We had a great, relaxing weekend. The bus stop to the airport and to palma is literally right outside, the beach is a short walk away and there is a massive supermarket about a two minute walk away if you need to stock up on any snacks or essentials.

We stayed at this hotel in September. The hotel is well located about 700 m from the beach of L'arenal , you have to walk a bit 'on foot but not' a problem. It 'a nice property with free parking, swimming pool and good reception area. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is the classic Anglo-Saxon where there is a bit of everything and you are satisfied. The dinner always buffet but do not expect the refinement in details and dishes that are mostly repetitive. On the kitchen you can definitely improve. Please note that any drink, including water, is charged separately. The rooms are spacious and clean every day. One unfortunately annoying aspect is the rudeness of the German guests who noise and speak loudly at any time of day or night as if only they existed. Overall a good Hotel

We found the hotel, rooms and dining were all very good. The staff were very helpful and eager to please, especially the very attentive security guard who looked after our bikes in the car park. You can catch a direct bus to Palma from right outside the hotel. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the beach, bars and restaurants.
The only caveat I would have is make sure this hotel is for you. This is, to an extent, a party resort and the hotel reflects this. The guests were predominantly groups of single males, of all ages , with the odd hen party. There was a lot of late night/early morning noise and drunken singing and the bar was often raucous although we never saw any loutish or aggressive behaviour. Just people having a very good time.
If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday or romantic getaway I would recommend you consider other hotels.

Hotel and rooms are very clean! Breakfast and dinner (buffet) is also really very good! Unfortunately a point deduction for the extremely poor service staff at the bar or poolside restaurant! From 7 days we were there not once everything worked, either half of the drinks were forgotten or brought wrong and then still breathed if you pointed out the error, if I order a Large mineral water but get a Coke, you will probably be allowed to say something😅in the pool restaurant there was also a small menu the food was so semi good, toast was cold and not 2 minutes in the toaster, the food was served differently every day, one day the toast with fried potatoes was the next with chips and the other garnix was extra, price was always the same.. but unfortunately most waiters do not understand English at all..so either learn Spanish or communicate with hands unfeet. Apart from that really a great hotel, nice pool, large bathroom, great quiet location and yet only a few minutes walk to the shooting man!

DISGUSTING Arrived at hotel late last night, to be greeted by a very unhelpful grumpy receptionist. Who handed us our room keys. We headed to our room to find that we were unable to get into our room. Neither room key would allow us access. So at 3am we had to go back downstairs to ask for a replacement room key. Got accused of this not being the case so the hotel maintenance man followed us to our room. We was correct, we couldn’t get in our room because the “battery magnet” on our front door was broken. We was told this would be fixed in a few days if they had time and they’d let us know when this was possible. The maintenance man used a metal key to let us get in our room. Following this, the man told us we couldn’t lock our door and we have to tell him if we wanted to enter or leave our room but under any circumstances we should not lock our room. As two 21 year old girls we felt very alarmed by the fact we was expected to sleep with an unlocked door which anyone could gain access too. We entered our room to find we had no working aircon, the room was dirty and the beds were as hard as concrete. There was no room replacement for us so we were left with no choice but to leave the hotel. We spend the next two hours walking around Palma in the early hours of the morning trying to find a hotel who could put us up for the 3 nights of our holiday. We did eventually find a hotel which is 10/10 and has been very accommodating following our stressful and distressing evening. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Awaiting a refund and some compensation for this.

Relaxation for two, escape the winter again. 15 minutes from the airport. It is an older hotel in a good location for small demands. The Mega Park is within walking distance & the Ballermann Party Mile is centrally located.
For a short trip without demands, it is just the right thing. The beach is 5 minutes away. Supermarket, bars and restaurants, all within easy reach of the hotel. You can enjoy a café, a cocktail or a tapa plate on the beach at any time. In every small alley a variety of pleasure. Lying on the beach or shopping in small fashion boutiques. Find a certain extra for every holiday.

Great hotel, great location not far from the airport 10 min drive, 15 min palma, the Inn is very clean and the staff is very welcoming, cleaning done in the rooms every day , unlimited breakfast very hearty. The Inn is in s'arenal very festive in the evening for young people looking for a place to have fun but the Inn is away from the festivities so in the evening you can hear no noise. There are buses for those who do not have a car passing by. A supermarket mercadona and lidl also right next door.

Drunken Germans dominating the pool, loud music when they party in their rooms. Stay away if you want to relax or have small children with you. The hotel staff is very mixed qualitywise, some very nice and some very stiff or strange. Avoid the food at the bar during the day, it is as bad as possible. Frozen pizza and horrible milkshake. Big chunks of gooey suncream in the pool water. Nice and cool rooms, nice bathrooms. Sad that the large groups of loud young Germans ruin other peoples’ holiday- and the hotel is too depending on their money to dare interfer.

Yes there is a dress code but only in that there is sign outside the Restaurnt indicating No Hats, No Beach Wear etc, but to be honest no one dressed in Beach Wear/Shorts/Flip Flops/Hats, most dressed nicely for Dinner.
