I booked a the suite here for one night and I was let down by the quality of the hotel and the room.
Check in was prompt and the receptionist was perfectly lovely.
There is a pool area at ground level. It is small with a bar, tables and sun beds around. Most of the beds were taken so you need to be up early to grab one. The bartender was really nice and attentive. The roof top pool was not open and there was no notice on the website of socials notifying of such. A real pity as the roof is one of the real draws.
My room was on the 4th floor (424). It was room large with a small balcony. The balcony is not private (as detailed on the site) as there is a three foot high wall separating each. There are no views from these rooms as the hotel is in a more residential area so the balcony over looks the pool on the left and a playground in front.
The room was basic in terms of amenities. There are no toiletries, minibar (paid or otherwise) no slippers or robes as detailed on the website.(Photos) There was staining to the couch (photo) and the TV connecter box was just hanging down from the TV (Photo). The rooms are also not sound proofed. I could hear the family with young children in the rooms next to me. The suite was a real let down and not worth the price tag for what seemed like just a larger room.
The WiFi requires a sign on (standard practice) but didn't accept the room number so I didn't bother after a number attempts.
I opted for the all inclusive option for the night (25 euro for food and drinks) and went for dinner at 7pm. The dinner times are staggered for COVID19 restrictions and the restaurant didn't feel over crowded. There was a great selection of hot and cold foods, all of which looked appealing. The deserts were lovely!
The hotel is not adults only so best to avoid if you are looking for for this type of resort.
It's a real pity as the hotel sells itself as a Sanctum Soho or LA Andez West Hollywood type rock hotel but it's more low-mid budget hotel with great staff and"rock theme" interiors.

This hotel is for adults only but it does not state the hotel attracts young adults, teenagers seeking the party holiday. 24 hours a day music blares from hotel rooms, young people scream, shout and chant. The doors need soft locks as they are constantly banging as they move from room to room. The noise is excessive and does not allow you a good, full nights sleep. The ONLY saving grace is the amazing roof top pool and bar with 360 views. The waiter; Chema is wonderful and the hotels biggest asset. It might be worth noting, the roof top pool is not a chilled area, yet again party central. The reception staff are okay, yet when they do not understand you (I am English speaking) they are dismissive and rude. I would not recommend this hotel if you want to sleep and avoid wild teens who want to let loose.

Me and my friend stayed here for a whole week and we loved it.
The food was good and the rooms are very clean. The staff is really nice. They were always friendly and ready to assist, especially the cleaning ladies Sara and Santa are very sweet. They do a great job!
The location is great! It only takes 5 minutes to go to the beach and you have many possibilities to go out! There are also two bus stops near the hotel to take you directly to the center of Palma and a bike/e-scooter rental outlet right in front of the hotel.

the location was good but the room was very small for 2 adults and a child. there were 2 single beds and a single seater sofa bed. we had to fold it up every day so we can get access to balcony. we had an inflatable toy for my daughter and due to lack of space in our room we left it down near the pool. the second day it just disappeared, we asked about it at the pool bar and reception but they didn't find it. we booked our holiday using love holidays and originally we booked a 2 star apartment with sea view but due to covid the apartments were closed and we were informed about it 3 days before our departure when it was to late to cancel our holiday. we were offered the option to accept another hotel or be refunded for hotel so we can arrange our own accommodation. we had no choice than to accept the hotel they offered. when we get there the hotel they offered was closed so we had to phone the emergency line and this is how we got to this hotel, we were charged in resort fees a lot more money due to being a 4 star hotel. we found it disappointing as some amenities of this hotel were closed . the terrace pool and bar was closed, the disco downstairs was closed, no entertainment, no green space for my child to play and on top of that a very small room for 3 people. the loveholidays in resort team have offered financial compensation to avoid complaining about facilities.

Whilst the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the typical amenities you would expect from a 4* hotel are nowhere. No complimentary water on arrival, no tea/coffee making facilities, no towels for the pool (but you can buy one for ā¬25!). No mirror near sockets to do make up or dry your hair. There are so many extra charges! And surprisingly the gentleman on reception requested payment in cash (hmmmm š¤). Cash deposit for the safe etc, and if you need an iron you can only use it for an hour!
I cannot fault the kindness of the staff, the hotel is pleasantly decorated with some amazing art! Itās just the small things and definitely not worth Ā£100 per night!

Bad vibes from the offset! Turned up at MLL Caribbean to be sent to a different hotel?? Told it would still be 4* SUPERIOR?! Turned up to what can only be described as a crappy knock off Ibiza wannabe hotel, jam packed with noisy, rude adults ( we were probably the oldest there at only age 29 ) 99% of guests were also German! The hotel I booked was MLL Caribbean, and we were taxiād off to Indico Rock, which weād never even heard of!!
Not exactly what you expect when you book and pay for a 4* superior holiday!! Not to mention the horrendous smell in every corridor/lift/room, it smelled like either sewage or dead rats or just anything rotting in general!
We were dealt with by an extremely rude receptionist upon arrival at the hotel, who wasnāt the least bit interested in helping us nor did she explain anything about locations of pools/rooms at the hotel.
Wouldnāt recommend if youāre looking for a quiet holiday as a couple, and extremely disappointed at the lack of accurate advertising.

I expected so much more from this hotel by the price paid. Actually we had problem 2 nights with noise, looks like the walls was like a papper. The breakfast is like okey, but expected something better than just okey. Up the pool is nice, great view and a woman waiter made us perfect pina colada, and then next day we came again and ordered for a guy and was terrible pina colada... At night the pool up is freezing, but okey its beautiful out there, could be more organized the music too, cause one of the workers was with cellphone there on sound and all the time was the advertising from Youtube singing for us... the location was great and we could go walking for places, the receptionists was kind and good. Another thing that i dislikes was that they just sell water on machine, i didnt have money to buy there and hotel didnt solve my problem. needed to be thisrty cause the hotel didnt gave me option to buy water by card. Unfortunelly i could not recommend this hote for a friend
