I don't think so. If you booked online, it will tell you right off the number of persons the room could accommodate. So if it said it is good for 3 or 4, you should be good. I think there is a charge if you request for a play pen for the baby or for an extra bed.
If you booked through an agency, you probably need to call the property to make sure. We had a 3yr old toddler with us and there was no charge. The room had 2 queen beds.
