Had a great stay in this small town, room was OK had all necessary requirements however the room had shower in middle of room and provided no privacy. Overall very friendly staff, excellent service on breakfast and room cleaning. Felt very welcome just the overall feeling took me back to my school hostel days.

Very clean. The manager was extremely helpful. Our room was a bit disappointing. It was very small and pokey. I found it quite strange as there were quite a few much nicer rooms which were unoccupied. I felt that we should have been in the nicest room possible seeing that the place wasn't full. All staff were very friendly and...

My traveling companion and I enjoyed our stay at Athenian Villa. The rooms and grounds were pleasant and very secure. The manager and cook staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. I would absolutely stay there again!

The hotel is old and showers are in the middle of the room. This made for difficult sharing with a friend. My room had no window and a huge skylight so in the morning it was too bright. On a positive the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Some of my toiletries were left behind and upon asking...

The staff was really friendly and attentive. The room and shower could have been cleaner but the bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was also decent - classic home cooked style bacon and eggs. Quite centrally located so convenient when trying to get around.

My fiance and I wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and decided to go to Caledon for a few days. Close to Greyton and Hermanus. What a pleasant visit. Shaun welcomed us and showed us the underground parking facilities for our car and then took us to our room. THAT bed. We felt like a king...

We stayed over for a wedding nearby. Located in central Caledon - not very desirable area. Bedding clean. Room awkward - shower in room, toilet separate but not ventilated. Breakfast okay, service slow and waitress not attentive.

The place is comfortable for when you passing through, the Manager Shaun is very polite and makes his guests feel welcome, the breakfast is average, if situated in a better part of Caledon it would have been perfect.
