The cheapest actual hotel/non-bungalow on the island. Chosen as the bathrooms don't have holes in the wall that lets lizards and bugs in like the bungalows. Breakfast was uninspired and i saw a bird put its beak in a sauce and the waiter just waved it away... Did get an unadvertised free transfer to the boat when we left though...

It's all about perception. Yes it's a bit run down, yes the pool is small, yes the breakfast is not the best... BUT for us it was the ideal location. It's very central! Small Shops and restaurants are literally around the corner! The beach is 10 seconds away! There's a nice place for breakfast directly at the beach one minute...

This is a good value-for-money resort in Koh Yao Noi. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable with great air con. The staff were friendly and helpful - we got a complimentary taxi to the pier when we left. The breakfast was adequate and there were good eating and drinking options nearby.

We stayed in several places while in Thailand and this is the only one that I found disappointing. Our room wasn't all that clean - the mirrors were very dirty, the bathroom tap was broken and covered in limescale, and there were cobwebs in parts of the room which clearly hadn't been dusted properly in a while. I didn't mind...

It was wonderful! Fine and clean little pool. Free wifi. Located by the water. Cheap scooter service. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable bungalow with air con. - beware of ants when it rains, we stuffed the door so they couldn't come in that way :P A very helpful and sweet receptionist! The area is low key, very chill. We rented...

Stayed in room A15, 30€/ngt w/bfast; it is a large room with silent A/C, wi-fi and hot water. Shower without box is uncomfortable. Room cleaning every day on demand. American breakfast has no choice: eggs, jam, tea or coffer, juices and watermelon. Helpful and kind staff, but just one mrs speaks English. Prices of boat trips in line with the...

Friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff, clean rooms, good location across from the beach (where the long tail boats are launched), excellent wifi. Enjoyed Koh Yao Noi very much. Almost no tourists in August. We had the island to ourselves!

The room was fine, don't get me wrong; clean, spacious and light, the room itself wasn't the issue. The staff were generally smiley, but unhelpful. We asked, for instance, to borrow an umbrella, given that it was raining heavily and we wanted to go on a walk. We were informed that there were only 2 umbrellas so we couldn't have...

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room itself was large, good air con and storage. Good having a fridge for drinks. Nice bedding with a quilt and cotton covers. Small patio but big enough. we had dining room chairs !!!..... very uncomfortable so we changed them for the plastic ones next door- really grubby though, needed a good scrub...

It was too expensive compare to what we've got. Room are like 1-2 stars bungalows only. Breakfast is minimal american breakfast set which you can get all over Thailand. The most problematic issue for us was smell from bathroom drain. It was nearly intolerable and I believe it's because there is no P-trap in the bathroom drain to prevent the...
