This is a very popular hotel and has a physical therapy pool which I needed to complete for my injury. The staff is extremely helpful. They have a desk and work chair in room with wifi & internet. Also a couch in separate area with refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, with coffee packs and teabags. I have no complaints and a great rate because I have been a hyatt customer for 25 yrs.

A nice place to stay for visiting Princeton. Friendly staff at the front desk. Breakfast is OK, but crowed during the peak hours. Very slow elevators, seems one of two was not working. The room settings are aged a bit while the size is large and spacious. Printer was out of ink, told it's on order. Close to a shopping area with some stores. Got the nice Easter flower from nearby grocery chain.

Great kind courteous staff at front desk. Room condition was poor, aging. Horrendous breakfast quality. I would not bother staying here or even recommend ANY Hyatt Place based on this miserable experience.

This property is not indicative of the normal Hyatt quality. I would not recommend the hotel given my experience. The upkeep of the hotel is poor. Service and communication with the staff was poor. I was actually checked out of my room after the first night even though my reservation was for more nights. The staff didn’t seem to think it was any big deal and I actually had to show my confirmation to get them to give me my room back despite my personal belongings being in the room.

This Hyatt is located next to an outside mall area which had a few different style restaurants, which makes family travel much easier, there was a choice for everyone. There are also some stores and a very nice Barnes & Noble. This hotel offered free breakfast, the usual, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, dry cereal. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The pool was okay, they could use better lighting in the evening hours. Even though the hotel was very busy, the halls were very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was my first stay at the Hyatt Place Princeton. I found my stay to be warm, inviting, and welcoming. The staff was award winning and everyone seem to look for ways to make my stay better. I know this may become the norm as I get use to staying at this hotel, but if you have never stayed here, I suggest you do. I do not believe you will be disappointed.

Rooms were fine. Hotel looks a bit out of date but rooms were nice. Housekeeping did a fine job of making my bed and switching out towels daily. There were some Japanese lady bugs in a few of the rooms and my bedsheet was stained prior to me arriving and was left on all week. Breakfast spread was good. Staff was pleasant. Nothing fancy but no huge complaints either. I'd be fine staying again.

Rude staff Usman passing insulting comments like “This is not motel 6”. Kids running on our floor all night knocking on doors. The only saving Grace for this place was the manager named Patrick who went above and beyond to help us. Location is very good.

I had a good, quick (one-night) stay at the Hyatt Place. The location is decent for accessing the main commercial US-1 corridor in the Princeton area. There are even a couple of dining and bar establishments with adjacent lots and walking paths, within an easy walk from the hotel. The staff here was very friendly during my visit. The room was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. My biggest gripe is that the elevators appeared to be in rough mechanical shape; they certainly sounded and felt like they needed a little TLC; I was ready to use stairs, expecting the elevators to be out of service at some point during my stay. Other than that, though, this was a very good stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

I was here on business and it was awful. I was switched to 3 different rooms and all of the rooms had issues. Dirty linens on the bed, dirty bathroom, bugs in walls. Looked as if no one had been in to clean the rooms forever. Do not stay here if visiting. I ended up not staying here and booking a hotel somewhere else due to the uncleanliness. No housekeeping on staff and front desk told me to call and complain the next day due to them not having anyone to clean the room. Makes no sense that all rooms were dirty! BEWARE!
