These old hotel still look good to stay. Comfort large bed and clean but furniture look so standard. Equiped with ceiling fan and flat tv, no aircon in room. Bathroom look clean with hot and cold shower. Room 14111 with firstworld hotel view, near like kitchen or like machinery room that sounds so noisy all day and night, even with...

Amazing to see world's Biggest Hotel. Logo of Guinness Book of World Records stated the same thing just outside the Hotel. Great to watch 32 Check-In Counters at World's Biggest Hotel. Lots of things to be done like Amusement Park, Snow World. We were lucky to have a amazing magic show when we visited in the month of Oct. 2015....

Paid wifi access for guest. Had a huge reception but only few - like 4 to 5 operating counter. Seems to be at least more than ten years old unfurnished structure of the view from cable car. Nice geography curves surrounding the hotel - Ideal clear view at first light 6.45-7am. Cool and fresh air filled up the Hilltop... great...

Just like most of Resort World's hotels... their EXTERNAL decor of the hotel / building is great. Customer service is TOP NOTCH.. no doubts about that. But their rooms 'internally' look 'cheap'... low grade furnishing and fittings and decor. It almost looks as though they never had enough money to hire an interior designer or to get better quality furniture....

I like this hotel very much compare to First World Hotel. This hotel has wider and bigger rooms than First World Hotel. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and polite. This hotel is very value for money if there is a promotion available. My hotel room was a deluxe double. I added an extra bed for RM 85....

The room is clean and comfy. always can have a good view from the side window. It gives a breathe taking natural view among the green land. amenities and facilities are in good quality. Just some of it are not really in tidy form.

Stayed here during weekday so as to avoid the crowd. Fast check in. The room was cozy and much more spacious compared to First World Hotel. Everything is well maintained. Just that free WIFI is not available.

They also have good customer services, one time I ordered food to my room and they talking with me in telephone they said to me was very polite and deliver food...

While access is rather simple from the cable car, for this kind of price (RM330/room listed price, but more expensive when we booked online!) one could expect more than just a bed and the most basic amenities (basic toiletries, no TV, no WiFi in the room - only at lobby)... Clearly the place is a "cash-cow" from the gambling community,...
