Our room is facing at the theme park which has a good view.. The rooms are really big... Lower floor has a lot of casino so you will not get bored when the park is closed. A 5 star hotel thats not so expensive

Decided to spend my weekend at Genting Highland. Booked the First World Hotel via online on 8th Jan 15 and manage to get a hotel room for 9th Jan. Reached the Hotel at 12.00pm and was guided to self check-in. Notice the room is clean. The kids are happy with it. The price for the food and drink at Genting...

Went there for 2 nights stay with family. Checked in on 25th and fortunately new wing room was allocated for us although the official opening on the day after which is 26th in the morning. The hotel seems expanding its capacity to accommodate more guest as on going construction can be seen. One of the eye catching new development is...

Its a huge hotel. Very crowded reception area. You have to walk alot inside the hotel to get into the room. Rooms are also very small. Because it is a hill station, can expect decent climate. At night it was <15 degree. We used the rope way to reach the top of the hill station. That ride was nice and...

The stay was a okay. Room service was pretty late. The check in was very tedious and a bit long procedure, where as checkout is very easy. Casinos were smokey as a lung of a born smoker. Rooms are a bit cramped.

The hotel charge us RM10 for connecting room which i think is reasonable. All amenities provided are basic. Sound-proof system was bad where we can hear clearly other guests talking at the...

My family and I took 3 rooms for the New Year's eve for one day. Check in was well managed by the staff. There were plenty of counters open and you have to take a number for your turn to check in. We got our keys quite fast and had to pay an extra RM10 since we wanted rooms next...
