We spent one night at the 'Biggest Hotel in the World' as part of our family holiday trip(With over 7500+ rooms, this hotel was officially certified as the Biggest by Guinness World Records in June 2015). There is a cable car ride to the hotel that is perched on the highest peak in the region. It provides excellent views of...

There were plenty of check-in kiosk at the lobby that enable us to self check-in. This has shorten our queuing time. Of note, if you are booking through travel website like Agoda, Expedia or Booking.com etc, you have to go and look for the staff at inquiry counter before self checking in at the kiosk. The room was clean. Since...

The property underwent a major overhaul. I booked a standard room for my recent 2-night stay and it was a major improvement to my earlier stay many years back. Though the room is small, somehow it was brighter. They have improved on the check-in and check-out systems as well. Time much saved for sure. Alas... The major letdown would be...

The reception is huge remind you of busy airport...the rooms are not so great...but for the price charged it not a bad deal. Not ideal for people seeking luxury. We requested for highest floor which the staff they were happy to help with...the food is in the cafe decent. The casino and kids recreational area is easily accessible.

The ride up to the hotel was breath-taking with the beautiful scenery . There was a long queue to check in and took us almost an hour. The rooms were very small but clean. The hotel provides just the basic amenities.

To me this hotel is good. Its cheap and does the job. A place where you can just have a sleep in a considerably good room. Everything has been refurbished as compared to the old setup. I paid only RM120 for a standard room per night at a very good location where you can go any where easily. However, please...

This is a no frills hotel. There is no luxurious aromatic body cream but the hotel provides soap and shampoo for our usage. Amenities are very basic but adequate. Enough for us as we do not plan to spend a lot of our time in the room.
