Very quaint place to stay. The room was lovely and super clean and quiet. The restaurant is like a museum with really interesting photos and articles about the history of the area. Food was excellent too and I thought I deserved a meringue with lots of cream and fruit after walking the Wicklow Way. Highly recommended place to stay.

Had dinner with 12 family members. Good quality food and good value for money. Service was very smooth and attentive. Stayed until the early hours and had a great night. Will be back again. Would have stayed here but it was fully booked. Scenery is lovely also.

We stayed here walking the Wicklow Way from south to north. The staff were very welcoming and the room was quiet and comfortable. The bar/restaurant had a nice selection of cheap pub food and some classier dishes. The restaurant was very busy and very popular. The location is absolutely perfect; it is convenient for drivers and walkers, and the views...

THIS IS THE BEST HIDDEN (or not as the crowds appear) place that I have found .Staff always busy but very pleasant and helpful with directions etc. Food plain but tasty ,just exactly what you need after a long trek in the beautiful mountains

If you like a restaurant based on location/surroundings you will rarely enjoy a meal at a nicer location. Staff were very nice but the food was average. I would describe it as "pub grub". Car park is just across the road.

Amazing lodge in a perfect quiet location. Sit out in the valley sun enjoying the peacefulness of the surrounding Valley views. Rooms with ensuite's, with great food choices in the restaurant. Beautiful traditional Irish bar in the lodge. Staff very friendly, no hassles and good hard working lovely Irish local people.

Stayed here for one night after climbing the Lug (Lugnaquilla). The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Anne - the owner - was very helpful when booking and very welcoming when we arrived. The pub serves food until 9pm, which was lovely (I didn't see the vegetarian options on the menu but I asked...

Set along the Wicklow Way, it is a perfect base for walks, hill climbing and visits to Glendalough. Rooms are very good all with en suite bathrooms with great showers - a real...

Glenmalure Lodge is a great secret to stumble on after a day hiking in the Wicklow mountains. It can also be reached by car from Laragh village. It has great Guinness and an extensive menu including venison. There is often live music playing there and a large open fire. The views of the river and mountains nearby are spectacular. Would...
