This was our 5th time to stay here. We usually have great service and no complaints. This trip was a bit different. We stayed 1 night at the beginning of our trip and another night at the end. On both occasions the front desk help was not as helpful or accommodating as usual. She did not seem to know about...

The staff and location great. Was extremely disappointed to find out after I booked they only had basic cable and had to travel 20 mins to watch Blue Jays play. Was not happy count not even go to bar.

Fabulous Hotel, Great Food, and a comradery atmosphere while watching the Blue Jays in the PUB. Here, it's all CANADIAN! Felt welcome from Crag to Kaylee and will return ASAP. Check out the Bathrooms...spotless and inviting you to stay longer. Will they be offering FLOSS options as well?

From the time we entered to the time we left the experience was a lovely one. The greeting and assistance on checking in was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly what I had booked it was extremely quiet and had a nice balcony. We ate in the dining room the service again was excellent and the food...

We were looking for a relaxed more traditional venue for Thanksgiving lunch and this place hit the spot. The staff were friendly, the decor warm and overall a great experience. Their Thanksgiving menu was spot on (if a little on the expensive side) and have a look at the pics below!

Very nice place to stay! We spent one night and had a beautiful room with a Jacuzzi, fireplace and balcony. Friendly staff at the front desk and in both the restaurants. The beds were comfy but firm. We would stay here again if we are back your way.

We had a fabulous meal - tasty, hot, well-presented and efficiently served. Staff were courteous, quick and efficient especially as we were a large coach tour group. Restrooms were large, well-maintained and clean. The setting was scenic with spectacular views of the lake.

My husband and I recently decided to take a mini vacation and chose Inn on the Lake as our destination. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The service was great! We were greeted upon arrival and filled in on all we needed to know. The hotel was clean and inviting. The location is good, and the grounds were well...

While the hotel was built in the 1970's, it has been completely updated and is very well appointed. It was interesting to me that the TV monitor at the Reception Desk shows a slide show that includes pictures of the hotel as it once existed, and then during the stages of its complete remodeling. Our room (King Standard) was spacious...

I stayed at the hotel for three nights with my two children, ages 10 and 12. It is difficult to find hotel rooms with three beds and the kids are at that awkward stage where they are too old to share a bed but not old enough to have their own room. So I booked a two bedroom suite. It...
