The Inn on the Lake was the perfect location to host a 50th Wedding Anniversary party for my parents. The location on the lake is absolutely beautiful with a lovely gazebo and deck for an outside event. The Banquet room was the perfect size for dinner for our 45 guests. Even though my husband and I live in the US,...

Ranging in ages from 13 to 94 we all enjoyed a fabulous dinner in a small room with closed french doors. Excellent service and the rack of lamb was perfection. Weren't rushed and we all enjoyed the relaxing and sumptuous experience.

We had a group lunch here and I was surprised to have rice w/ the haddock. Ice tea was too, too strong and a lack of ice seems to be how beverages are served here too. Meals here will do in a pinch. Nice people and good service.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely supper together at this quaint gem on the lake. The seafood linguine was perfectly prepared with generous potions of scallop and lobster. The atmosphere, the service and the drinks all exceeded expectations. We will return.

Really enjoy the hotel and the grounds there. Very picturesque Our room was clean and updated with a lovely balcony and chairs and table to enjoy the evening. We wanted to eat in the pub side but it was busy and we had someone under 19 with us and only a portion of the pub side can accommodate a minor...

After staying at many hotels over the last 3 weeks, this was quite disappointing. From the cluttered lobby to lack of elevators to rooms reminiscent of Granny's house. Our bed was saggy, as were the sofa & chairs from the 80's. Bathrooms are extremely tiny with no ventilation. Morning coffee to go was $5.60 for 2 small cups. It was...

I could not believe what an enjoyable stay we had, from the time we drove into their parking lot, until the time we drove out!. From the beautiful flowers in the entrance way to the way the courteous staff made you feel upon meeting you at the front desk, very warm and inviting indeed!. When we arrived at our room,...

On the way to the Halifax airport we stopped for lunch in fresh air and sunshine. Mussels hot fresh bread quiche chowder were all just fine. Service was real obliging but this Tuesday found the staff overburdened. Who knew Tuesday was to be so busy. We had lots of time so it worked out well. But give yourself extra time...

After being on the road for many hours we were extremely pleased to pull up to our destination. Absolutely lovely Inn that was very clean and well manicured. The gazebo's are an added touch to lovely settings of this location. I would highly recommend this it to everyone

We stayed here one night. It was such a cute place. we had a Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, a patio that opened onto the pool deck and everything we needed. We were on the 1st floor and that meant we walked down 9 stairs. No elevator. However, there were helpers if we needed. Parking was so easy. The lake...
