The hotel is great and it is located in a quiet town just below Etna. The pool is fantastic and the staff are very friendly. Special thanks go to Marina for going the extra mile, having a lot of patience with us and giving us some precious tips to use while visiting. I recommend this hotel 10/10.

Asked for another room: the first one was dirty; broken toilet seat; broken handle for the window (a screwdriver was sticking in the hole to operate the window with. Reception was very helpful and saw immediately to a change of rooms. The welcome drink however, we never got down to having it: too busy serving half the village; all enjoying...

Let's start with the good things - the room was spacious, the pool and pool area nice, the view excellent (if you get a room facing the swimming pool), the price reasonable. However, staying there is not particularly relaxing (to say the least) - there were loud parties taking place almost every night until 1AM either in the restaurant or...

This Hotel is family run and I think it's its best asset. I suggest you eat there sometime when visiting. Their local platters are excellent and pizzas as well! The rooms are very tidy and the furnishings are quite good.

The staff were a bit indifferent till we got to know the owner of the Hotel, and then their attitude changed dramatically. We were treated like family and even the chef and staff did their best to help us in every way. The downsides are the parties in the evening, but they usually start late and the people who visit...

We stayed for two nights in the hotel and we were alone as guests. The pool area was great and perfect to relax. The breakfast was not what I expected, only toastbread, no yogurt and the staff was looking at us during breakfast! The room was small but we has wireless. Theres a little fitnessroom but most of it in...

Worst place I've been in Sicily, the people who run this place treated us very badly and didn't try to help us even a little bit. We booked online a room and when we arrived we were told (by the waiter in the restaurant, no one in the hotel told us) that they were having a private party (a birthday)...

We booked 2 nights and ended up only staying 1 night due to the extremely rude attitude of the manager when we complained about the unreasonable music at a party at 12.30. We were told by the manager that the only reason we were making a complaint was because we wanted to get away without paying. No apologies were offered...
