I stayed in Hotel Zenit with a group of 40 people in summer 2015. Hotel is perfectly located, just next to the beach. Great architecture of the hotel built many years ago. Very good hotel food, especially dinners. Lovely n friendly staff. Do not miss the best cuisine n sea food in the summer beach restaurant 'Ljetni Vrt'. Hotel is...

We were expecting a nice, relaxing stay after our month in hostels and cramped apartments. However, upon arriving we were greeted by the receptionist's death stare as if to say 'how dare you stay here'. Furthermore, we booked a room with sea view, but we were given a room merely FACING the sea, as the view was blocked by 5...

It is a huge hotel at the beach but the time when this hotel could be considered as nice was about 30 years ago. The lobby is Ok with AC etc. but no AC in the rooms. The rooms are not so bad if there is no hot weather and you keep your windows open. No WIFI in rooms, only...

Stayed at this hotel for three nights in a Suite. Impressive architecture, very huge structure, but that's hard to maintenance, and they clearly fail. The hotel is situated on the seacoast on levels and I guess it was very pretty place once. The suite was spacious enough, a bit gloomy. All the furnishing was old, most of it tired, comfy...

The hotel is not good for stays in the spring. Please try to find another hotel OR try to avoid Neum (please stay at Croatia instead of BiH). The hotel is located at the beach line, but in fact you will see only concrete from each side. The hotel is build on levels and there is a little difficult to...

We were there in August 2013. The hotel is old but nice. The stuff are very polite. Food was tipical bosnian. Hotel does not have appropriate web connection. The beach is 2 minutes by walk. Hotels swimming pool is closed. What a pitty. But hotel have basketball court, fotball court and jogging area.

I spend a week with my best friend in this hotel and I don't recommend it. Hotel is very, very big and the time inside stopped 30 years ago. Reception, rooms, corridors and even surroundings are back in time into 70' or 80'. Hotel is hudge and... empty. Apparently it was very popular 30 years ago but now empty spaces...

The hotel is well designed, but lacks good PR. We stayed there during the low season, the staff were very courteous, warm, cheery and helpful, despite the fact that they were in the course of renovating the premise. I recommend this place for families and couples who need to take some time off their fast pace of life.
