I stayed from 18th to 21st November with my family. I must say that my experience was exceptionally good. My kids also loved the hotel. It is very beautiful and peaceful. As it is not at the Mall Road so you can enjoy the quite atmosphere. Staff is very polite which makes your stay very comfortable. Mr. Ranjeet at reception, Mr. Hem Chand (Restaurant Manager) and Mr. Mohan made sure that we have an amazing experience at the hotel. Food was very delicious. Mr. Hem Chand came everyday to take feedback. Mr. Ranjeet provided us everything we asked for in no time. If you are looking for luxury stay with great ambience and view, go for this hotel without any second thought.

Property is location is awesome and stay was very pleasant. Very humble staffs and caring throughout. Stayed there for 2 days and food is also good. Definitely a place to visit if you need peace. Hotel staff also coordinated with travel agency for local site visits and it was a perfect holiday

We had an amazing stay at Welcome Heritage, Ashdale Hotel, which is a luxury boutique hotel in Nainital. From the check-in to checkout, it was a breeze. The rooms are fabulous, each tastefully done. The place has got great history. Rani Reena Kumari Saheba, with her hard work and dedication, has truly transformed this historical building to a place of warmth and joy. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially the General Manager Mr Farhan Ansari, Mr Ranjit , Mr Hem and Mr Ravi Bhisht. We would certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Was there with my girl friends for a holiday! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was impeccable and their hospitality was phenomenal. They personally took care of us with regards to our choices and served us hot breakfast. The location is good as it is a downhill walk to the Mall Road. You can always take a cab back . We would definitely be pleased to come back and stay here again.

One of the best hotels in Nainital. Such a pleasant atmosphere and very well maintained hotel. I was looking for a high-end, yet laid-back type of accommodation during my trip in nainital. And Ashdale Hotel was exactly that. The staff is super friendly, well-trained and extremely helpful! I highly recommend this hotel if you are into nature, great design, tranquility and high quality across the board. I'll definitely come again!

I went with my husband, it was the best experience there. Hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. We are regular traveler and I found this hotel the bestest out of all experiences we had.strongly recommened.Just come once and feel the difference.

We booked this hotel as its ITC brand welcomHeritage .As we had stayed in other WelcomHotel Group it was worth staying in WelcomHeritage Ashdale which was summer house of Raani Reena kumari who converted summer house to a luxuryboutiquehotel. What i noticed is that every minute detail has been kept in mind.wall of fame speaksaboutthe bygone era and it takes you to the past.Walls Picture , antiques on wall speaks a lot about their familyhistory. Food was amazing staff is attentive.Rooms are nicely crafted and the best part is that our room had a nice view.overall we enjoyed our stay .
