Don't even think off. I will recommend all travel portal to remove this hotel from booking. Cleaning is bad. Service is bad. They don't even care. Hotel staff is drunk. Think at least 100 times before booking this hotel

Very dirty hotels. Rooms are having smells. Bed linens are dirty. The backside of the hotel is very dirty. Only front side look is somewhat OK. I have booked for family suite. By any angle the rooms are not looking like a suite. Its a waste of money. Only good thing about hotel, it is near to mall road and Hotel staff is good and cooperative. Food was ok..

Hotel Coronation is one of the worst hotels of nainital. As i entered the hotel the room which was provided to me was not a super deluxe, the person in the reception told me that there is some problem in the super deluxe and it would be allotted to me later but that did not happen for 4 days. The room which was provided to me was dirty and filthy. The bed sheets were full of stains and were not washed. The blanket was stinking, infact the entire room was stinking. I had to buy a room freshener. The hotel does not have a restaurant so your choices are to look for food outside. I stayed there for 4 days and not a single day my room was cleaned. The hotel staff is ill-mannered and extremely rude. Please avoid hotel coronation at all cost....and in case anyone still doesn't have an option please carry a bottle of room freshener…

Hotel management cheat with people, I booked Super Dlx room online, but when I reached they give me Dlx room, room condition are very bad, no English toilet only Indian without floor tiles and very dirty…. I will never suggest this Hotel to anyone, if you still planning to book, then please go with Dlx only dont waste money on super dlx room.. Only good thing about hotel, it is near to mall road and Hotel staff is good and cooperative. Food was ok..

This Hotel look good from outside ,but it is terrible from inside .Except Reception ,nothing is good .Toilets are without floor tiles and stinking .They say it delux room but hardly any space for movement inside .There was no table to eat and cubboard to keep cloths .There is no full fledged restaurant.Lunch is not available .There is no lift and hence old people canot go up and down easily .Housekeeping is horrible.People should avoid this hotel.

very bad location..dirty rooms ..just been there on 20may13 for five nights. but my family dint liked it at all..so just stayed 2 nights..food was very basic.. no cleanliness..dirty bathroom.and dustbin..rude room service..plss avoid..

I booked a super deluxe room 4 days in advance but when i arrived there i was offered non-deluxe room without informing me. Means cheaating with customer. When i talked to contact person he was so arrogant that he had no time to talk to me as he was dealing with 100 more people like me. even i expected apology from him but he was giving wrong explainations. Even the official website contact no. person could not support. After my insistence in the morning finally i could get some non-justified rebate. But Hotel people at reception, staff in canteen were so good.

Recently I stayed with my family in this hotel in room nos 402 and 403 for two nights on 28th and 29th March 2013 . I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of rooms, prompt room service , excellent ambiance of restaurant and overall food quality,Parking facility is also available for own vehicle.Totally recommended about..........it is best property to stay with family & friends,which made our nainital stay memorable.

Thos is a very homely place, not five star but comfortable enough. Service was very good including supllying extra bed for children. We were very gratefull to the staff and management for their honesty and prompt call, as the purse contained cash. Recomend this hotel to everyone!
