I stayed with my family for 3 nights. We had kids as well as elders in our group. The location is really good just opposite the boating point. Food is also very nice. They could work more on the cleanliness of the room particularly the family suites. The rooms on first floor have a lot of road noise and I think there is nothing the hotel can do in that. We had elders and that is why we had to take lower floors. If u can manage to go up some stairs then go for top floors, they are beautifully maintained as well as peaceful. We requested to transfer 1 room upstairs and they accepted our request without charge. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Thanks for a good stay, I think you can improve and make this property even better !!

We stayed here for 1 night and were a family of 8 including 2 kids. The location is is simply fantastic!! It's right on the mall road and activities such as hiring boats for rides etc are right across the street. The rooms are large, spacious and vintage and there's a huge common corridor/balcony outside all rooms from where one has a direct view of the naini lake. The bathroom could do with a bit of an upgrade but its a really nice hotel. However, the best part about the hotel are the people. From the owners to the service staff to the cleaners and the porters, everyone was amazingly kind, helpful, ever smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning!

Good room service, hygienic place and a place which gives a nice view" Great stay in a comfortable room with all amenities and prompt service. Nice hotel, nice hospitality, nice location .. all in all good experience. We were allocated room at 3rd flt which was little tough job climbing those stairs.. but other wise it was a pleasant experience. The location of hotel makes it convenient to roam around the mall road and nearby places

Beware of this hotel. Most terrifying experience of my stay in Nainital in the last week of December 2021. We had booked two cottages/four rooms for our family. For that, I had asked their Virtual Manager (Mr. Ripudaman) about the reviews which mentioned non availability of heaters and blankets before booking this hotel, but he lied and assured that they have worked on it and they will provide blowers. Thankfully, I had recorded the whole telephonic conversation.And after reaching there, they refused to give us heaters when the room temperature was nearly 1 degree C. The room was so chilly that we thought we might freeze to death! Upon insisting and making them listen the whole conversation, the receptionist said he could give us a heater in only one of the cottages but we paid for the two cottages. They don’t provide basic necessities like electric kettle/tea/coffee maker, despite spending so much, hot water is available only till 2'o clock in the afternoon, no hot water supply in the basin and toilet.. It's an age old property which is more of a Dharamshala or a cheap lodge. It became freezing cold in the rooms. They have cotton torn beddings. Their restaurant is over priced and they don’t even have a tandoor! Do not waste your money on this hotel. It's not worth. On New year's eve, whole staff was on leave. Reception was locked. Pathetic stay.You are in for a terrifying experience. Only good thing was the warm and courteous nature of the remaining staff.…

Beware of this hotel. You are in for a terrifying experience. They don’t provide room heaters! We booked 2 rooms for last week of December and they refused to give us heaters when the toom temperature was nearly 1 degree C. The room was so chilly that we thought we might freeze to death!
