We had very bad experience due to the poor management and unprofessional behaviour of staff. Only one bulb working in whole room, breakfast had only oily paratha, staff were absent-minded.And for all the atrocities, they charged 5k per night in which we would get lots of better 4 stars hotel. Only good thing is the location.

We visited this place in jan'22 for 3 nights and 4 days. It was extremely cooperative staff specially Rishabh Singh at reception ground staff. Ajay and Gopal Bhakauni behaved very well and prepared super delicious food for us. Must try their tomato soup and Gulab Jamun.

We were 6 pax staying there, from polite services to very decent meals to very helping and catering staff and very quick to a beautiful view of Nanital, you can sit for hours in the window and see the weather changing nothing can beat the beauty and hospitality here !! Hope to see you soon !!

Stayed at manu maharani lodge a couple of days back with hubby and my 2 year old. The access road is pretty bad and is most unsuitable for people with kids or mobility issues. The room which we were allotted was decent and the staff is amiable to requests and try to do their best to serve guests. Guy named Lalit at manu lodge was courteous. Food (dinner) was brought from outside and we found it to be of less than appreciable quality. My booking was for a couple of days. However on the second day of our visit I slipped on a part of their property and fell ...promptly spraining my hand. Staff suplied pain relief spray and ice when asked to. However I was expecting a little more courtsey and concern when a guest is injured on a hotels property. Moreover it's irresponsible to leave a dangerous slippery place inside a hotels premise without safety signage. The next hotel in which we checked in promptly organized a doctors visit and one of the staff even accompanied us to the doc's place. That's service guys!!!! That being said the view from the room at manu maharani lodge was great. Not reason enough for us to return or recommend.…

Good Hotel with Satisfactory Service Stayed here for couple of days during our Nainital Trip. Service and Food are quite good and upto the mark. Hotel is situated in good location. View from Lake facing rooms are very nice. Family suite room is also good. Overall a good experience.

Very bad condition of the room, not even worth 1 star rating. No light in room, broken roof, walls and almerah. Dirty sofa n chairs. Dirty toilets. very old property not maintained. Very less staff, patheric room service. On goibibo it says air conditioning in all rooms where as there was only a broken padistal fan.

The staff @ Manu Maharani lodge was extremely helpful , well behaved and welcoming .The host , Azim was courteous and humble. Excellent stay !! Highly recommended. Lake side view , guitarist playing beautiful songs made it even more special for us. The food served was excellent especially coconut cake as a desert .

It was an awestruck experience with hotel . There hospitality is amazing. Food served by them is si delicious . Amazing view from the hotel loved the place. Staff was so coperating and behavior was so humble and polite. Overall place was much more than explain in words.
