Stayed 14-16 December in Balcony Room. The stay was excellent. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The heating was working perfectly. The private balcony is huge and provides a great view of the town especially at night with all the house lights all across the mountain. The bathroom was a little small for comfort but manageable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Special mention for ND at the restaurant during breakfast buffet. He was so attentive to guest needs and so over eager to make you try everything on the buffet menu. The location of the hotel is also great with just a 5 minute downhill walk to the town. You can always use the free hotel shuttle as well. Its an expensive hotel but does provide great service as per its price tag.

It was a fabulous experience staying at this iconic hotel at nainital, It is prominently located Near High Court and Very easily accessible. There is also a Complimentary Shuttle Service By The Hotel for Drop and Pick from Mall Rd We were upgraded to Club Room which has access to the Balcony & Hotels Garden and Provides an amazing view of the Naini Lake and Himalayas.The Room was spacious and Clean. We are overwhelmed by the staff courtesy , From the Hotel’S in House Restaurant to the Room Service everything was Just Perfect. Very good hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was a lovely experience. The restaurant staff is very nice, courteous and friendly. Their supervisor made sure to interact with us and he went out of the way to provide white sauce pasta for our son when in the buffet only red sauce pasta was available. The hotel is across the high Court and a 3 to 4 min drive from mall road. The hotel provides free pick n drop to the mall road till 8pm which was really convenient. The rooms are nice, we booked the terrace room which was very nice. Overall, good property, good staff and location is also superb.

We stayed here for a couple of nights in October 2022. We were a family of 3. It is a well looked after property with hospitable staff. The service quality is very good. Moreover, the food at the restaurant was very nice. Overall it was a good stay and we could consider staying here again if we happen to visit Nainital again.

Worst Stay Ever We a family of 12 booked 5 rooms for 3 nights giving the hotel a good revenue. We checked in on 12th August & checkout on 15 August 2022. We stayed here in 2018 also so thought of staying here again. But we were shocked to see everything but no hospitality. The hotel was sold out but still they had just one car to their disposal for to and fro from mall road. Earlier they had more than one when I visited earlier. The driver of the vehicle was so rude and inhospitable like some cheap hotel we are staying in. When we made a hue and cry over the taxis the manager said that our show of displeasure won’t produce a car anyway. After that somehow they managed to arrange a car for us. The hotel was even inhospitable to charge for baby food for a 2 year old. Normally…

Since the feedback was quite disturbing, I thought it was very important for us to apologise. Reference to your points mentioned on your review, we would like to furnish our side of points as under: • Reference free pick up & drop services provided by the hotel are complimentary which are just an added service to our esteemed guest which is available only from 11 am up till 8.30 PM, beyond these timings this service is not available to any guest, still we have provided you pick up & drop from Mall road as a special gesture by the hotel. • Since entire Nainital was sold out during 15th August weekend, traffic Jams are very common on hills during heavy weekends & normally it takes 45 minutes to one hour each round of these courtesy vehicles to & fro from Mall road. • Hotel doesn’t charge for Baby Food/milk etc which is in certain order value, beyond those certain portions, will be charged, but still on request we have waived off few food items as a spl gesture by the hotel. On behalf of The Manu Maharani team I wish to apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and hope that you would consider this as ‘one of’ case and continue your patronage towards The Manu Maharani, Nainital.
