This resort leaves you completely mesmerised. One gets to witness the true beauty nature offers! Water stream, lush green trees, gorgeous flowers, vegetables and fruits! Great place to host a get together over lunch or dinner! Prior bookings are required to the lovely couple/ owners Pawan and Nalin can prepare a full course of French & Italian meal for you. Which I must say is almost impossible to find in the mountains. This place doesn’t serve alcohol but you welcome to bring your own wine and they are happy to serve you. There is comfortable seating inside and outside both and I loved the little details (cutest little call bell) in case one needs anything. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back! Thanks Nalin!

Heard about the place and the culinary skills of Mr. Seth , the owner of the place. Location of the place etc has been mentioned by other reviewers. I will mention about the food that was served on the particular day we visited them. We had- 1.pumkin soup 2.hot focassia loaf with spinach cheese dip 3.mushroom pie with a crisp well browned crust 4.chicken sizzler 5.Pasta arabiata, with separate pesto and cheese sauce. 6.pan fried fish(fresh sol fish from Gola river in Haldwani) with french fries 7.woodfired oven baked thin crust pizza with perfect crusting 8. Carrot cake with cream. You can order cold drinks, tea, coffee, green tea etc. Separately. Believe me the food was simply fantastic especially if you consider the location of the place. People who have been cribbing about the cost please stick to bun tikki , thuppa, chat etc of the nainital flats. I found the pricing reasonable considering the logistics, manpower, raw material availability in such a location. Will definitely visit again. One word for those planning a visit, please call a day before and coordinate with the owner.

So everything we had heard and read about the place fitted like a glove. Garden valley niglahat. Superb home cooked continental food. Need to pre book and you can’t just walk in to order food. The Host Mr Nalin Seth was great and very accommodative when booking our group of Veggies and even one vegan. Although the walk down only 400/500 meters to the home from the parking area is a bit of a challenge for those not physically fit. But our group of 60 plus seems to have managed it well. The food and service itself is exquisite starting from home baked bread and ending with carrot cake! Of course the lovey sit out verandah where we enjoyed a glass of Bloody Mary ( carry your own drinks). We Will come again for sure. Hope fully the menu will be different. Keep it up folks.

We had been to this place a few years back and due to the pleasant memories attached to it visited it again. The ambiance is quaint and rustic. The sound of river makes it exotic. The highlight was the 8 course meal. Great aroma and delicious taste of each dish. We will remember it for a long time.
