Room size were very small, the toiletries provided were only hand wash and body wash , no shampoo was provided, as the hotel is in hills the room heater should be provided, water heating kettle was provided after insisting, the stairs were very inconvenient, tea or coffee was not provided in room, tv channels were not available, geaser capacity was very small.

Hi , My booking number TRB-87233918297 in Oak ridge nainital from 14 Feb to 16 Feb. When I checked in the room it was not as shown in the photos it was very small . The bathroom was pathetic even the gyser was not working and they charged 300 for the heater for a night and they closed the main door at 11 ,which means we can't be outside after 11 , I want to ask is it a hotel or a hostel?? The night of this day I tried to cancel my booking I called 15-20 to treebo with the number 8126511761 no specialist was picking up the phone this was my second experience with treebo it was really bad and pathetic plus I paid 1559 in advance and the hotel guy took 1040 more and 300 for heater . As I cancelled my booking for the next day . Kindly look into the matter urgently and provide me my compensation as you completely ruined my valentine's day !! …

This is a very small hotel with total 8 rooms. Rooms are small but well appointed. Bathrooms can be cleaner. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is little off Mall Road but right besides the lake. The view from the room window is excellent. You get an eyeful beauty of the lake and nearby hills / mountains. Service is again very good and the staff is very helpful. On the con, they do not have a restaurant so you may need to go to the Mall Road (where you have some good eateries) for lunch and dinner. They make breakfast in hotel and serve in the room but choice is limited to what is being cooked! The room rent is on the higher side. Overall it was a nice experience.

We booked this property viewing it online, which looked ultimate, but when we entered the hotel,we found it terribly shabby. The room size, the ambience, the service is not good at all. Rooms were actually worth 1000 for which we paid 3200. Staff is untrained We compared from other hotels nearby and found them better and half price from this one. Not worth at all

We stayed in deluxe double room for 2 nights . Bathroom was not clean and the bed sheets were dirty . No room heater was available it was very cold inside than outside . Not even kettle was available , hence we had to drink cold water in the 1 degree chillness. Limited break fast was provided it was good . Over all it is not worth for money.

I thought I should opt for this as I booked during the peak season and everything else on Mall Road seemed quite expensive. Why not give it a shot since it is a treebo hotel and photos look ok. But man, I was wrong! Thr moment i entered the hotel i realised what a big mistake I made. My room was on the top floor which was extremely steep climb through dangerously steep and narrow staircase. The height of the room is so small that anyone with a height over 6 feet would have trouble standing here. The room itself is so small that if you have two bags for two people, there would be hardly any space to stand. The hotel does not have a restaurant and we ordered our food from outside which the hotel was kind enough to arrange as we reached late night. But we had to eat on the bed as there was no space in the room. The heater given was extremely small and filthy. Someone had spit tobacco right on the heater and they gave us as it is. The towel was torn and looked worse than the cleaning napkin i use at home. And the towel wasn't replaced even though I asked for it. Further the location is a good 15 mins (probably more) walk from the main area of the mall road. The complementary breakfast they served was oily puris and watery bhaji. Definitely dont have breakfast here. Thank heavens I stayed here for just one night. …

I have booked this hotels first time, and shocked how terrible service hotel can provide. first of all it is very expensive compare to other and facilities are worst. NO good locality, No parking, No proper breakfast, No heater in room, No proper staircase. Heater can available on 400/ per day extra charge, small rooms no hygiene. same issue with my Treebo Mathura hotel also. I stayed 4 hotels in my whole journey. 2 was direct hotel booking means not third party rented space like Treebo and OYO. Awesome hotel in Jim corbett and Delhi. But worst experience I have seen in my trip when I see Treebo trip the Oakridge Nainital and Treebo trip Panche Mathura hotel.

Great trip we enjoy lost with our office group .Rooms are too small for accommodation. Only 2 rooms views are great but rest of the room are too small or no view from room. Breakfast services is not as per the standard of Treebo - Ajmer .....

We were extremely happy with the stay, the service was exceptional, the beds comfy and the facilities more than adequate. All the staff I spoke with were helpful, friendly and professional. The most amazing thing for us was the view of the Naini Lake from our room window. Just an suggestion kindly keep more option for the breakfast and the washrooms needs to taken more care. Over all a most comfortable stay and value for money.
