We were here in September 2014 When we arrived our room was on the third floor looking out over the pool and Gouvia what a great view and really spacious, getting a sun bed was no problem, The hotel is very laid back and peaceful. The hotel is pretty basic and rated 4 stars but really is a 3 star,...

Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel and we were very disappointed! Good points: Entertainment staff were lovely and friendly. Sophie, Lara and Timmo always trying to keep people happy and always with a smile on their faces. Pool area was really nice and plenty of sunbeds always available. Bad points: All of the staff were miserable and...

Please note this hotel is no longer the Aquis park hotel part of the Aquis group but is now the Ionian park Hotel part of the Ionian group who have taken it over That said after staying at Aquis hotels in the past the standards have really slipped, they still advertise in reception as a 4 star but is worthy...

Lovely hotel but staff and food horrible... No pool bar only one inside and when you went in wet staff shouting at you and being very rude. One person serving so queues at all times and no day time snacks.

Well the only good point so far is the room is clean. Queueing up at the bar for more than 20 minutes is not on. Then it's a small plastic cup and they won't let you have more than two at a time. Going to local bars great fun.

The rooms were pretty basic with no style and although we were told the hotel was freshly refurbished I couldnt really tell that. So for the rooms not more than 1 star. Hotel...

The hotel itself - The hotel is pretty basic and could do with some work, however you get what you pay for. It's is a standard hotel that is...

After hearing about the bad reviews I was really worried about the holiday. However when I arrived the room for the family was really spacious and after waking up after a night flight getting a sun bed was no problem. I initially worried that there was a queue for dinner but bear with it it works very well. We were...
