Good rooms, nice property. Swimming pools are superb. The food at Satvik was tasty,just that the staff was slow and forgetting things.
Appreciate the efforts by Mr.Jayram from the housekeeping department.
Request to kindly install push-pull sign on doors of Satvik and lobby area and also radium strips on steps for convenience of guests.

Our stay at Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham in Dwarka was peaceful and the villa was nice and comfortable, especially with the poolside ambiance. Special thanks to Aadil from the restaurant and Shyamu from housekeeping, both of whom were extremely helpful and friendly.
However, the food was a disappointment—limited options, and several items on the menu were unavailable when we tried to order. It didn’t live up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The front desk service was also frustrating. They were not responsive to our calls, and we had to call multiple times for the same request. It was especially inconvenient since we were traveling with an elderly person, and booking a buggy car took over 30 minutes each time.
Additionally, we booked a two-bedroom villa for four people, but the amenities provided were only for one person, which didn’t make sense.
Overall, while the stay had its peaceful moments, several aspects of the service need improvement.

We had travelled as a family of 4 adults and 1 child and we were pleasantly impressed about the resort layout and room design.
The resort offers a beautiful pool, kids play area and a well appointed restaurant.
The food is well sourced and you can feel the freshness every time you dine over there.
The team is extremely hospitable. To name few individuals Mohit, Ritika, Chef Rajendra, Manjeet and Randhir made a certain impression at every occasion we encountered them.
To conclude, I highly recommend this resort to all travelling as couples, family or friends. It has everything that anyone would need while visiting the holy Dwarkadish temple.

Its a huge property and well maintained. Very clean swimming pool and the soothing music which is played throughout has a complete tranquil effect. Away from the noise and pollution its a must recommended place to relax and detox oneself. The food is absolutely great and comforting to our taste buds and health. Each and every staff from the security to the desk to the cleaning staff and restaurant are very courteous and polite and helpful. Service is prompt. Loved the place and the overall experience at Hawthorn Dwarka. Only thing i regret is my short visit. I would have loved to stay more. I had a wonderful stay at the Hawthorn Hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Bhim, the room cleaning service attendant, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor really stood out. I have already visited this hotel 4times now and I’d definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!

Yesterday we came over there security stop us, still they are having information of our booking from the entrance I thought I came to a 5star hotel party When I entered to the party area, nobody was there Even soup is over, starter is also finished, spring roll taste is very tipical it might be because they don't have all ingredients to fill it No staff were there Me & my family ask to refill they respond like they haven't listen anything. Thought was on my mind is that, it is dj party, Since till 10:45pm dj haven't started (party time is 8pm onwards) slow sleepy song was sung, not only this they have kept only 5-7 items in 2000 rate After the party end I got to know main course is in a restaurant, there were no board to read, their staff didn't told about the same we had only starters, no proper guidance were there, now come to the main point we were enjoying dj & dance exact at 11:55pm electricity went, we also understand it's technical fault but here there is no back up plan. we wait till 12:20am still the situation was same, spoil our new year starting. When we were dancing anchor comes to us, & at the time of leaving anchor told not to go you win a price but till 12:20 nobody was there to rectify this, will refer guys don't go for hawthorn suites it is waste of money, tasteless food, irresponsible management...

If you are visiting the holy city of Dwarka as a pilgrim or as a tourist and if you want to stay away from the crowd but still be close to the city, then Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham is just the place.
It is located under 7 KM from the most important temple, the Dwarkadhish Temple and sits squarely in the middle of Baradi road, linking two major highways leading to Dwarka.
There are three types of accommodations, the Executive rooms, One bedroom Villa and two bedrooms villa.
I stayed in the one bedroom villa.
This has a salon or lounge with seating for guests and also a big sized TV, a small dining table and also a small counter where one can cook or heat food if required (request front desk for microwave oven). This is quite practical for many visitors who cook their own food while on a pilgrimage.
The bedroom has a king size bed with a huge window, to let the natural light in. There is another TV here. The bathroom, with a shower area (no tubs) is quite modern and well appointed.
The property is spread over a large piece of land with a children's play area and jogging track. Since it is sprawling, there are electric carts to ferry the guests around or alternately you may pick up one of the many bicycles.
There is a spa and 24-hour gym for those inclined to use them. Also, I saw one of the biggest swimming pools in a property of this type. However due to Covids Pandemic, it was not open to the public.
There are numerous gazebos for private conversations or having food in the quiet.
The Dining hall was quite well decorated with terracotta pots hanging from the ceiling. Only vegetarian food is served here in compliance with the local laws.
Food was exceptionally good and the ever-smiling staff were ready to help you with what you wanted. There is a live counter for pastas, dosas and such.
For those who love the Indian masala chai, there is always someone with a kettle close at hand during breakfast!
Room for improvements-There was really no place to work on my laptop. The most comfortable was the dining table but there was no electric point. The central table was quite low to work.
All in all, a great place to stay away from the crowds with all modern amenities. Wish I could have stayed on for more days.

We'd give a 5 star rating to the food department, specifically to Mr. Aadil who was humble, polite and courteous. Our overall experience was terrible with the Hawthorne from the moment we checked-in until we checked out. Frowny faces, impolite and rude behavior/attitude by the receptionists. We faced multiple challenges like room cleanliness, water, wi-fi, etc. Would not recommend the property wherein the rates are high but the property hasn't maintained the standards.
