Recently stayed at Hotel Damji, during January 09-10, 2022. The property has a locational advantage, being in the close proximity to Dwarakdheesh Temple, which is in a walking distance. Room, in which we stayed is a large bedroom. Toilet is wide spaced, with a dressing closet. But, the hotel does not have a kitchen, which can even offer a cup of tea. Most interestingly, the room does not have an electric kettle, i.e., Tea/Coffee maker. It is very inconvenient for the boarder to go out in the market for tea/coffee or even hot water to drink. The Hotel staff is good but very cold in response. The entire room has only one plug socket for Mobile charging or for Laptop. There is a lot of scope for improvement of this Hotel, which can offer better facilities to the tourist. But it appeared that the owner may not be interested in it.…

Below average hotel in our experience. We 9 friends together went there and did last minute check in. After see the room we asked to change the bedsheet but the reception won’t change. He replied very crazy that we have changed when before guest is left. We argue that come and see in the room we show you how dirty is that. He said ok. But never come and after we called 3 time in reception but he didn’t come to see even. After we asked for extra mattress in our room. He send the staff and staff replied at 8:00pm it will be setup after 9:30 pm when other staff come. We literally tired and angry as we have reached there with 17 hour road journey. But they have usual replied and did what they want. He setup mattress after 9:30 and didn’t changed the dirty bedsheet. I strongly recommended to avoid the stay in this hotel. As staff behavior, cleanliness even in this worst situation like Covid-19.…

Overall hotel stay was good. Room was large and neat. Also room service was also good. It has good ambiance and bathroom was also clean. The parking space is one of the major advantage of the hotel and it's very close to the main temple. Excellent stay.

Damji dwarka is good,neat & clean hotel but sleep quality not good. bathrooms are very average. No tea kettle in rooms. No restaurant. Only tea and toast available. Staff rude and not accommodative. Needs lot of improvement

Hotel is inside the city. Dwarka temple is very near, walking distance 5 mins. But rooms are not cleans. Staffs are not good. Restaurant is not available in the hotel. This is a major drawback. The hotel is not also child familiar.

Had booked the hotel for 2 nights. room and other facilities were good. Had a last minute change in plan and wanted to stay only one night. Even though the booking was done through makemytrip, the hotel agreed for the partial cancellation and wrote to makemytrip on my request to accept the partial cancellation and refund the amount. Thanks to the hotel management and makemytrip for this

This is good Budget Hotel For Family Staying . But There is no Resturent fesility. Only lodging. Main Temple is near by & walking distance. Only Tea & Coffee is served by the Hotel. Staffs are co operative. The Hotel is Safe & Clean For Family Staying, I stayed there For 2 Night & 3 Days with Family.

I was told wifi is only available in lobby and not in the rooms.Electrical power turned on/off from check in counter..very weird. Hot water and shower was not working.Had issues turning on TV in the room.Finally during check out time in the morning credit card machine was not working and when paid cash, did not have any change. Overall extremely poor experience with above and service as well. My family and I will not ever stay in this hotel when we are in Dwarka again as there are lot of options to stay in much better and newer hotels with same room rates.

Eventhough booked room for two days and our train scheduled to arrive at 0030 hrs was running late, I contacted the hotel [not knowing hindi] and understood that my room is safe. We arrived around 0230 hrs. we have not waited for long for opening the gate. It was a lovely spacious room . we had our breakfast at the restaurant and it was ok. Overall we are very much satisfied with the accommodation.
